We always stop here when doing laundry in the plaza. Always pleased with the service and coffee is perfect. I just have a couple of questions: Why can't we order ahead on the app here? And even though I can't use the app to order, can I still use it to pay?
Left iced coffee containers outside on top of the ice chest. Two out of three drinks made incorrectly and given an attitude when asked to fix drinks. Horrible

This micro-sized Aroma Joe's just tickled my 9yo to no end. It is super adorable which seems like a strange thing to say, but it was! The barista was very friendly and informed and great with the barrage of questions from my 9yo.Vegetarian options: HUGE fan of the vegan Beyond sandwich - the only downside (other than would be great to have a gluten-free choice on this) is that so many locations are selling out!Kid-friendliness: They are always so great with my kids' enthusiasmParking: This is in a parking lot that had plenty of room when we were there on a Monday afternoon.Wheelchair accessibility: You can drive up to it as others with drive-thru lanes. Being in the parking lot there are no obstacles, but the counter might be a height when not in a vehicle that might be hard to reach when seated.Dietary restrictions: They have a few different options, but something that is dairy free, gluten free, and meat free would be a great addition!

This location handled our requests flawlessly. There was 1 barista working and we rolled up needing and espresso beverage as well as three DIFFERENT blended beverages.She handled things with grace and a joy like she was actually so excited to serve us.

The best chain coffee shop; ever! Coffee is consistently delicious and for fast food the quality can't be beat. Service can be slow at times due to staffing issues but the staff works hard to complete orders in a timely fashion.Kid-friendliness: Always something to get my daughter and nephew fed on the go and it's not as bad as most fast food as everything at AJ is baked NOT FRIED!
