Why do I have people texting me saying that the aroma baristas are asking about me. Note I’m not acquaintances with any of them. These questions are not in a friendly or curious way, but clearly to stir up drama—likely aimed at her coworker. It is so unprofessional.
As a customer, I come here for coffee, not to be dragged into some passive-aggressive workplace mess. If you have personal issues with your coworkers, maybe don’t try to start conflict by using customers as tools to get under someone’s skin.
The exact reason why I do not come to this hut frequently. Do better. Some serious training and personal accountability needs some work. Do your job get paid and go home.

Ended up having to go here to get our drinks remade from the other Rochester AJS, and the service from Emma and Janessa was impeccable!! They were extremely kind, friendly, and made our drinks beyond perfect! Completely made our day !!

Waited behind 1 car for 22 minutes… ordered 2 rushes and that took way longer than it has ever taken at any aroma joes before. The rushes were also flat and had barely any ice not even drinkable. Worst customer service I’ve probably ever had both girls very rude and slow. Won’t be back to this location again.

Great location. The baristas are very friendly and the drinks are always made correctly. Obviously with one to two people working at this busy of a location it's always going to be a little bit of a wait, but I've never had an outrageous wait time like some of the other reviews are claiming and I come here quite often, eight minutes is the longest I've ever had to wait in line here and there were five cars ahead of me so that's still pretty quick, All things considered
