They made me wait 15 minutes at the menu board (never checked on me that entire time) with nobody in front of me. When I got up to the front, no apology for the wait. Food is hit or miss. Interior was a bit dirty.

I appreciate Burger King serving burger options early mornings for those of us who work over nights. I did ask the woman at the counter if they were fine making burgers so early, out of courtesy. However the older woman, presumably the manager, started yelling and complaining "God why?" To which I say to the woman at the counter "I did ask if you guys were okay with that first, if it was an issue or inconvenient, you could of told me no?"
Sorry, for ordering. The food was great, the attitude not so much. Will not be returning. 🤷♀️

Don’t ever go to the Rochester Burger King. Went there at 7pm on a Thursday and no communication that it was closed. Placed an online order and sat at the drive thru

We stood completely ignored by 3 employees while standing at the waiting to place an order. One employee kept wiping his nose on his sweatshirt, then touching the condiment utensils and wiping the food prep counter with his bare hands and sweatshirt sleeve. Both credit card machines had dried ketchup on them. The dining ice maker was not making ice and stood at the counter ignored once again and was not acknowledged until our order was ready, then the tray I was handed was all greasy on the underside like it was never cleaned and to top it off our order was wrong. I wasn't about to stand at the counter to be completely ignored for a 3rd time. I was totally grossed out and wasted just over $30 for 2 people. This was not my 1st or 2nd bad experience here, but will be my last after the unsanitary environment I witnessed! Still waiting to hear back from management (If they dare call me just try to make excuses for themselves).

I recently visited a Burger King location, and I have to say, it was by far the best fast food experience I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel valued as a customer. The cleanliness of the restaurant stood out right away—it was spotless! Not only was the service fast, but they also took the time to double-check my order to ensure everything was perfect, which I really appreciated. The food was fresh and super hot, just the way it should be. Every bite was delicious, and you could tell that care went into preparing it. If you're looking for a fast food restaurant that gets everything right, this Burger King is definitely the place to go. Hands down, the best in the city!
