Placed a mobile order for an avocado toast with bacon and a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese on it the bagel wasn’t toasted and they gave me cream cheese to put on my self I wasn’t going to say anything till i opened the avocado toast and the bread wasn’t toasted and the bacon wasn’t crumble up when I went and gave it back to the middle aged white women that had a attitude she stared at me and my daughter then turned around and slammed the toast into the trash.

Ordered through the drive through. The young kid at the window was very nice, professional and time efficient. Sadly my coffee order was incorrect so I went inside to let them know and that I requested xtra xtra and to get it fixed. But the middle aged woman working inside was EXTREMELY RUDE. I understand accidentally getting the order incorrect but the audacity to have attitude when I was being kind was insane.

I wanted the cookie dough frozen coffee with the whip cream, was told they did not have whip cream so I just got a ice coffee and loaded hash browns, coffee was ok but hasc browns were not even warm and the cheese was cold, I use to go to this dunks all the time but the last few times I have gone either the coffee is not made the way ask for it to be made or the sandwiches are awful..and sometimes the crew working are talking to each other and thet act like you are bothering them and the managers are never around..thay place has gone down the gutter!

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and received a moldy egg that i already ate half of before i noticed. My egg was green and gray, i feel sick. When i brought it to the attention of the store they ignored my first 5 calls, 6th ring some slow kid answered and said there was no manager there. So instead i pulled up because i worked at dunks managers are always there till late afternoon. She was there so they lied, but when i came in about it she said it wasn’t moldy and it was just burnt, sorry no it was not look up what moldy eggs look like after processed it’s green and gray. im absolutely disgusted do not order from here.

I was there 9am on a Saturday. It was busy and they had a lot of help but they were somewhat slow. Food, I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and hash browns neither were hot. For the record they never are. I met up with a couple of friends and I must say nobody wipes the tables between guests.

Gives small undercooked amounts of bacon on sandwich, always crowded, and service is generally poor quality. Would reccomend to go to either of the other two dunkins in town as they dont skimp out on bacon or quality.
They had no iced coffee and it was over 80 degrees outside. Sorry we ran out. The last 2 visits to Dunkin was bad 👎👎. After over 50 years as a customer I think I'm done.

I ordered otg with my kids about 5-10 minutes before we got their (we were walking) first off the women working were all bickering and in TERRIBLE moods. The customers were sitting at tables and talking but all I could hear was the older woman at window speaking down to the woman making drinks.. 15 minutes after arriving I still stood waiting at the pick up counter. I didn't wanna touch the drinks or bags if they weren't mine so I checked to make sure I was at the correct dunks. I asked the darker skinned woman if they got my order she looked at me like I was annoying said nothing turned my drink and food bag around went to walk off and I said I had a donut and munchkins she sighed loudly grabbed the donut and threw it on the counter I said are the munchkins in here she rolled her eyes and grabbed them. I WILL NOT go to that dunkins again idc how close it is to my house their attitudes were TRASHY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. mind you 2 managers walked in and went straight out back while all the employees looked like they hated their lives. Maybe change the management or change the crew because those workers are miserable women. I feel bad for them.

For some reason, every time you order hash browns at this location, they like to put them in the bag upside down. However, it is a fun surprise when you go to eat them! The wait is also ridiculous long for being the only person there
