For some reason, every time you order hash browns at this location, they like to put them in the bag upside down. However, it is a fun surprise when you go to eat them! The wait is also ridiculous long for being the only person there

Pretty lame to be out of the donut I ordered through the mobile app, with practically no donuts to choose from as a replacement on the shelf and then refuse to give me a "specialty" donut because it's not included in the "classic" lineup. Not a big deal, just poor customer service and policy.

I’ve tried this location sooooo many times due to convenience of its location. I’ve rarely had my order accurate, and the drive through line is always 20 plus minutes in late morning. I’ve attempted to pickup inside, but between being ignored by staff, and even longer lines, there is no good option. Management is careless and preoccupied while the staff seems to be undertrained. You could blame staffing, busy peaks etc… but if the location is consistently subpar, something else is wrong.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and personable, but a few are disorganized and the rest do a great job working around that. They always seem understaffed, but well managed otherwise. The donuts are over processed, but that's happening everywhere, and the coffee is great.
Parking: Decent parking, but over crowded drive through.

I can’t stand how slow this place is. Only good worker is Joey everyone else is rude slow and care more about other things then getting there customers out
They got some nice workers but damn they’re probably the slowest pace workers I’ve seen. Plus allow your workers tips! That’s stupid that they can’t accept tips

Everytime I go they get the order wrong. today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel, with a cream cheese packet on the side. that's what I got charged for. and i know they heard me say "on the side" because I had to repeat myself to them. but this is what I open up after I get home. so disappointing this really does happen EVERY TIME I go to that specific dunkins. the cashier was also rude and practically threw my change at me. I give up going there.

Sat in drive thru waited 15 minutes employee was very rude so we drove off with out ordering they wouldn't take our order again I sat in drive through for awhile this is one of the worst dunks i go to alote Dunkins the lady was very rude service sucked

I ordered a latte and told the employee to make it hot after I saw he was making it iced. The employee proceeded to tell me he doesn’t know how to make a hot latte and asked me to walk him through it (I am not a Dunkin employee). My friend who ordered a drink as well asked one of the other employees to help him out when he wasn’t getting it and then they made my drink iced anyway AFTER ALL THAT!! (This was like a 15 minute process)
