I am pretty sure every employee was hungover or half awake and didnt care. Ordered in drive thru a large iced coffee and a refresher. While ordering the person on the other side was absolutely confused about our insanely basic order and had us repeat it. Arrived at the window where the charged us for an extra drink we did not order and offered us a free donut. A free donut doesn’t make up the extra 4 bucks we were just charged. The employees acted like they had no clue what was going on. Never will I go back to this location.

So was just at this establishment about 5 minutes ago ordered an everything bagel with EXTRA cream cheese. I paid $2.69 for the extra said cream cheese. What I got was far from that barely any cream cheese on the bagel. Honestly wouldn’t have been upset if I didn’t pay almost $3 for it. Do better thats unacceptable..

Didn't get the food I ordered took times to even get most of order! Then still missed a pack of hash browns and the bacon on the avocado toast. The Person thats was working the window was super nice however I left paying extra for items I didn't receive. Ive never had a Dunkin this bad In my life. I paid almost $20 for items I didn't get.

I ordered my meal on the app and picked it up through the drive thru. There wasn't a super long line when I arrived and my order was ready by the time I got to the window! I got the $6 sandwich meal and oh my it was cooked perfectly! Yummy 🤤. Friendly staff at the drive thru window as well. Overall a great experience!!

I am so upset that I have given the place chance after chance. I have wasted so much money here. Between wrong coffee orders, waiting 30 minutes for an iced coffee, making frozen coffee wrong. From now on I will drive completely out of my way rather than come here.

They had the worst customer service attitude today. Saw a woman come in, wait in line,and ask that they fix her sandwich. Everyone in the store then got treated to a worker throwing the old bag in the trash, trash talking the woman, and swearing at her. The manager, standing there the whole time was asked if she would do anything about the worker, just shrugged and walked away.
