I ordered my meal on the app and picked it up through the drive thru. There wasn't a super long line when I arrived and my order was ready by the time I got to the window! I got the $6 sandwich meal and oh my it was cooked perfectly! Yummy 🤤. Friendly staff at the drive thru window as well. Overall a great experience!!

Was not greeted for 5 mins, took 15 mins to get an iced coffee at the drive through.

I am so upset that I have given the place chance after chance. I have wasted so much money here. Between wrong coffee orders, waiting 30 minutes for an iced coffee, making frozen coffee wrong. From now on I will drive completely out of my way rather than come here.
They had the worst customer service attitude today. Saw a woman come in, wait in line,and ask that they fix her sandwich. Everyone in the store then got treated to a worker throwing the old bag in the trash, trash talking the woman, and swearing at her. The manager, standing there the whole time was asked if she would do anything about the worker, just shrugged and walked away.

Last three times I’ve been in the drive through there has been little to no cars in line yet I still wait about half an hour. And food comes out flabby and soggy. I’m dissatisfied with how the stores going down.

Constantly forgets half the order when using door dash. Gets orders wrong. I have heard from other people that issues like this happen a lot. I stopped getting door dash from them for about half a year because of it. Then today I order again hoping the issues were resolved by now but unfortunately they are not.
Food is ok at best, employees very over worked and understaffed. OK for a quick coffee, but food...no thanks... For the money they charge, go to a nice place with better food

I ordered a French vanilla ice coffee with avocado toast and got original coffee that still don’t taste right and avocado toast wasn’t like anything I usually get and didn’t have all topping is suppose to have, they half fast my sandwich. It’s like they don’t care for good service and putting smiles, why do dirty job to those u goin to your company

About a year ago I ordered food and watched them pick trash out of where they stored the ingredients. And today, not only did they give me the wrong food, but it was also ice cold. Try again in a few months I guess

I was there eary Friday morning and the girl was there by herself with lines very long. She did a great job. She had a great personality with a smile. It was not fair to her not having the staff to help out. She deserves a metal for the way she handled the very long line.

Whoever the girl is on the window this morning should never work drive thru. Sat for 50 mins. Got to the window, and she was walking like a zombie. 2 other employees on the walk up line.
