I've given this one a few shots and of the 5 times I've gone there only 1 time my order was right. I've ordered the same thing each time large hot caramel macchiato the tag on the drink says caramel. And 4/5 times they don't add the caramel. And I don't have time to go back.

Night crew is much better at faster service depending on who is working the coffee is made much better as the swirls are not on the bottom of the cup and orders are hardly ever wrong and they work hard to make sure the customers are happy with their order and service

Came in asking for sourdough and snackin bacon. Lady got frustrated with just for asking for sourdough rolled her eyes at me a grunted walked away without understanding my order or cashing me out. Her coworker asked if i been helped yet where the lady snapped saying she already did. Her coworker the girl with pink hair was much nicer and tried to understand what i was asking for and took over cahsing me out. The lady handed me regular bacon and when i told her it wasn’t seasoned she told me it was when the bacon was very obviously not seasoned she got frustrated for me asking her to give me what i ordered. She made me extremely uncomfortable like i was wrong to walk into dunks and order food. That i was apologizing for being a bother to her. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like this. I feel bad for the girl with pink hair having to work with the lady as the lady made it felt very hostile in there .

I think that will be my last Dunkin run ever. I continuously get the wrong coffee. I always order midnight because I don’t like watery garbage. I’m not sure if people are too lazy to make it or they just can’t read. The last 4 times I’ve gone to Dunkin they have given me regular coffee. I’m sick of paying for something that I don’t want. Goodbye Dunkin. Back to Starbucks I go. I don’t care that it’s more expensive, atleast they give me what I order.

This is one of the worst Dunkin I have ever been to they are very slow all they worry about is the drive thru wait. 10 minutes they had a few people ahead of us nobody waited on front finally I walked out of u want to wait for a while go there they are slow and they suck

I really don't understand how hard it is to make a coffee and an everything bagel with cream cheese ? coffee always taste burnt, bagel is either not toasted or burnt, and no cream cheese ? this time i didn't even get the right bagel. So over this store and most likely not going back. Even when the manager "replaces" or "fixes" it, it's still never right. Ridiculous and place really should go under new management
Everytime i order from this place they mess up the order. Either leaving something out or not giving the incorrect item. They like to charge you for snacking bacon then give you regular bacon. When i ordered bacon on a sandwich they forgot to put it on then when i go inside for it they argue with each other that i didnt order bacon when the slip says bacon was on it.

I very rarely go to DD. I only went because my Starbucks was closed. I was super skeptical on ordering my iced espresso, but they did it great. Just as good as Starbucks.
