How do you even serve this… Like how are you okay ruining someone’s morning before work when they can’t turn back to fix it. Whoever made this just does not care. The fact that they just spread cream cheese on this and act like it is fine that the bagel is black.

By far the worst service in Rochester. I didn't know it could get worse that Washington St. One nice lady running the show, and a bitchy junkie who is angering people so bad they are walking out without getting a refund because it's not worth it. Be better off running a person short on shift.

There's a wretched woman working at the drive-thru in the morning. If you're not going to be pleasant at your job, go find something else to do. I just wanted to get a breakfast sandwich and a coffee, not an attitude and a freezing cold sandwich that was clearly thrown on the floor.
Very short staffed this morning, but the employees that were there really hustled and did the best they could. Very impressed with the service.

Nice location and beautiful store. Looks brand new and is very clean and tidy. Staff was very nice and even though they were out of what I wanted suggested something similar that was actually better. I will be back.

This was one of the worst experiences... Waited at order window for 5 mins, ok maybe they're training finally give order.. 2 ice coffees and 2 orders of stuffed bagels(which were delicious the first time I tried them) we get to window wait another 5 minutes. 4 people standing around looking a bit oblivious. (Again maybe training??) We finish drive off and we have to immediately turn around because with all that time they forgot one of the orders (which I should of checked prior but we drove off so quick.) My husband goes back in waits a few minutes while 2 employees (one whome had just given us our order) just ignored him. He gets their attention they give him a bag and he leaves. We get home (again.. should of checked but we assumed they had to of gotten it right this time..) and there's only 1 bagel bites in an order there's suppose to be 2. So ya... I'd avoid that one today.

I had ordered a bagel with cream cheese they were a bit busy which I understand it took ten minutes to make a new one because they forgot it. I already ordered so my order should have been a priority the worker was rude and told me to wait. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Don't recommend!!
