Used a similar word to order a menu item, as I was not familiar with the standard term. Apparently using "frosted" vs "glazed" is very important. I received my ice coffee (sans straw), a sandwich and a stale maple "frosted" donut. A bit disappointed today with my experience.

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here! I just mobile ordered a simple iced coffee at 2:30 pm, but the drive thru took forever. It was not moving. I ended up driving off without my coffee because I didn't want to be late for work. ?

I'm very displeased in you guys service I got a sausage and cheese on a wrap without egg and just got a egg when I asked him if everything was in the bag he ignored me and just stared at me then I got bacon and it was burnt

Worst Dunks in the state. Average wait time is 10-15 at best and that's not including the 20 minute Wait in line. If you see one car in the drive thru, go somewhere else, you'll be waiting for 30 minutes min

Slowest Dunkin employees I’ve ever seen. Finished two items of my six item mobile order then seemed to forget about the rest with me standing there waiting, and worked on other orders for ten minutes until I asked for them to make mine. Food is always a slay but I wish they hadn’t made hot food first and then had me wait ten minutes for drinks.

Milton Road Dunkin’ is the best location in and around Rochester. Very clean, awesome staff and most importantly, their coffees are always delicious and consistent! I pass a Dunkin’ that’s closer to my house every morning just to get coffee from this Milton Road location.
