Tastes like any other Dunkin’s but the wait time is atrocious the worst of any I’ve been to it took 20 minutes for me to order and get my food with two people in front of me even if there’s one person inside it does not take this long to make these fast food items it’s insane

Overall service was the worst I’ve ever received from any Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. It took 30 minutes in the drive through with one car in front of me. The workers barely said a word to me when I got to the window and paid for my order. When I finally got my order of a bagel with cream cheese, they chose to put less than a tablespoon of cream cheese on it. I’m very unhappy with the service, and the quality of food. I plan on never going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m normally pretty understanding because I’ve worked for Dunkin’ Donuts in the past, but this is absolutely absurd. Drive through is always served first over any in store orders. The managers of this store need to step up their game as do the workers that put little to no effort into doing anything.

Takes forever and the workers are so inappropriate. I've heard things I shouldn't have heard every time I go and they truly make me uncomfortable and a friend of mine who did work there was uncomfortable because of the manager as well. Very disappointing
I really can't complain about Dunkin Donuts. I know it's a chain. I know it's convenient. That's the point! I walked in and was able to order a dozen muffins for my staff right from the oven! Nothing tastes better than a muffin fresh out of the oven!

Used a similar word to order a menu item, as I was not familiar with the standard term. Apparently using "frosted" vs "glazed" is very important. I received my ice coffee (sans straw), a sandwich and a stale maple "frosted" donut. A bit disappointed today with my experience.

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here! I just mobile ordered a simple iced coffee at 2:30 pm, but the drive thru took forever. It was not moving. I ended up driving off without my coffee because I didn't want to be late for work. ?
