Slowest Dunkin employees I’ve ever seen. Finished two items of my six item mobile order then seemed to forget about the rest with me standing there waiting, and worked on other orders for ten minutes until I asked for them to make mine. Food is always a slay but I wish they hadn’t made hot food first and then had me wait ten minutes for drinks.

Milton Road Dunkin’ is the best location in and around Rochester. Very clean, awesome staff and most importantly, their coffees are always delicious and consistent! I pass a Dunkin’ that’s closer to my house every morning just to get coffee from this Milton Road location.

Jesus Christ. 20 minutes to get 2 coffees. Gave us someone else's order twice. Asked to get a refund. We were told they can't and to call the manager. I ask to talk to the manager, and they try to force me to take the order they already messed up multiple times... it wasn't even ready. Drove away. Loss of $5. ridiculous. Kids in Lebanon run dunks better than this

Ovens are down at this location, not a big deal. They had signs up stating this and even took down mobile orders due to it. They have since removed the signs stating ovens are down and have reopened mobile orders so one would guess that means the ovens are back but theyre not. Whoevers decision that was should have their position reevaluated.

I went there this morning and i wanted 3 sausage egg and cheese and 3 hash browns and 3 drinks and they said kitchen is down and I told them I will take my business elsewhere and i won’t be going back there ever
I love this place. Come just about every day. Unfortunately it has turned bad. One day I get a coffee with spoiled milk, the next a completely burnt sandwich.

The bathroom was disgusting! Pee all over, feminine products on the floor. Floor looks like not washed in a week. Not crowded, 4 workers at drive thru window and 1 at the register. She was counting the register. She asked me to wait. Someone would be over. I waited a bit, and the others were chatting, walking around, not really doing anything. I continued to wait until she got to counting the change, and not 1 of the others walked over to help take my simple order, I just wanted a plain donut to share with the dog. I walked out ?.

I've been a long time customer of dunks and I've gotten the same coffee for years and this is the only location that I've been to that consistently messes up my coffee. It's 3 ingredients other than coffee, how hard could it be?? Well apparently it's quite difficult. I've never commented on here before but it's to the point now where if I want my coffee made right I have to drive to a different location. Its printed on the cup and yet it's still made incorrectly.
