Yes I came here yesterday for the first time in quite a while and literally half of the munchkins that I got were completely hard, the kid working looked like he was struggling to even bend over, no offense but it was kinda gross he was dirty and not well kept, had no clue how to do simple math. This one used to be my go to spot but dang what happen !?? And they didn't have much for donuts which is why I had to get munchkins in the first place and they were hard as a rock, personally I feel like if I was working at Dunkin donuts and I realized that all the donuts were hard I would not be selling those, it's pretty disgusting that all the germs just get to go all over them all day. Place was dingy and dark not bright and welcoming like it used to be. What happened !???

Super rude employee who was on the drive-thru today. After reluctantly taking my order, he added a nice very loud sigh before continuing. Sorry to be such bother! Took my money and didn’t say two words. Someone needs a little customer service tlc.

Gross! The bathroom was disgusting, it had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. The store itself was gross. There was food all over the chairs and the trash was overflowing. I understand if it was a busy morning, but this was more than a week's worth of grime.

I am very disappointed with my visit. Gracie is the women who helped me out, she was incredibly rude and sarcastic to me. She gave me an attitude the whole time and kept rolling her eyes at me. I had to wait very long for her to even take my order. I saw her make my drinks and they came out DISGUSTING! They were watered down and she got the flavors wrong. When I ordered my sandwich it came out cold, and the eggs were crusty. Very rude customer service from her, and gross food. Go to any of the other Dunkin’ Donuts in Rochester, they are way more friendly and ACTUALLY can do an order right and so you don’t have to wait an hour! I was late for work. Will not be coming back again! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Listen, I understand you guys have a job to do, but I was the only customer there this morning and you handed me my coffee with a lid full of coffee sitting on top and ruined about a $200 White sweatshirt of mine you guys need to take in more consideration and to making your coffees.
