Service was very poor and while I was there many orders were made wrong and had to be remade leading to longer waits. My food was made completely wrong even though my order was read back to me and was correct.

Gross! The bathroom was disgusting, it had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. The store itself was gross. There was food all over the chairs and the trash was overflowing. I understand if it was a busy morning, but this was more than a week's worth of grime.

I am very disappointed with my visit. Gracie is the women who helped me out, she was incredibly rude and sarcastic to me. She gave me an attitude the whole time and kept rolling her eyes at me. I had to wait very long for her to even take my order. I saw her make my drinks and they came out DISGUSTING! They were watered down and she got the flavors wrong. When I ordered my sandwich it came out cold, and the eggs were crusty. Very rude customer service from her, and gross food. Go to any of the other Dunkin’ Donuts in Rochester, they are way more friendly and ACTUALLY can do an order right and so you don’t have to wait an hour! I was late for work. Will not be coming back again! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Listen, I understand you guys have a job to do, but I was the only customer there this morning and you handed me my coffee with a lid full of coffee sitting on top and ruined about a $200 White sweatshirt of mine you guys need to take in more consideration and to making your coffees. This is a great Dunkin' Donuts to go to but alot of times the line would be long and I would have to wait impatiently for my food. My Brother which is 18 has a job so if you see a person with a peach muctashe also with a beard that has messy black hair that is him. But I like this place no questions asked.
Kid-friendliness: It's for frownsto smiles for those little kids and big adults.
Usually, this location is great, but the last time I was there, they gave me a lemon donut and a vanilla cream donut when I had ordered online 2 vanilla cream. Also, I wish they had chocolate cream donuts or headlights.
