I ordered a medium frozen hot chocolate and it tasted absolutely disgusting like the machine hasn't been cleaned in a year so I brought it back, they gave me another one.And that one also tasted like complete crap.I would not recommend this dunkin's.To my worst enemy, there is definitely a health hazard going on.In that place, the donuts were completely stale.Absolutely disgusting. So I brought my drink to the dunkin' donuts in milton, and they refunded me a new drink and it was absolutely amazing

Just sat in the drive thru with no one in front of us. The guy at the window had his headset on and was cussing about a mess in there. We yelled multiple times ā can we place and orderā after 10 minutes of no response and the guy still cussing into the mic at the ordering station we drove up to the window. There was SIX guys in there working they all looked at us in the window and no one came over. There was no one at the counter. We then yelled hey can we place an order and they again all looked and no one came over. What an absolute disaster. 6 of you and you canāt take an order? Waited at the window for another 5 minutes before just driving away. Absolutely pathetic.

For one they have a women working for the company and she likes to drink with minors on the clock and think she is management and isn't. She also has the worst attitude problem and likes to give customers dirty looks. And her name is Rebecca.

This is by far the most despicable location I've seen. Employees smoking outside, ignoring you, to come on to not wash their hands to serve you. Talking, i assume to their boyfriend? But I'm trying to place an order? My chocolate frosted was plain chocolate, my black ice coffee came out regular. Nothing was right. When i brought it up, she got confrontational. Sorry not worth the $20. I'll go across the street to Walmart next time.

This is now by far the worst Dunkinās in the area. Iāve waited over 20 minutes on multiple occasions for a medium hot regular when there are no other customers. They got my wifeās order wrong (bacon when asked for veg)- the first order took 15 minutes, after waiting for the corrected item they argued the item hadnāt been paid for yet. I canāt understand how this place can be this bad. I wouldnāt keep stopping here except itās in a convenient location. Oh yea, and they made me a Macha Latteā¦ but used coffee instead of milk. WTH? Blah.

I come here for my boss with 3 different drinks. I say them clear and loud and the lady was rude first off and messed up all the drinks. One of them was a frozen hot chocolate and she gave me a frozen coffee. Open up your ears and hear a little, the whole staff is extremely rude and all of the orders are messed up. Absolutely unacceptable

I waited in line this morning for 25 minutes. There was only three cars in front of me. I understand this may be due to understaffing however we received our food right as we got up to the window and it took them at least five minutes to bring coffee (Three black coffees) when we did get the food the coffee was great how ever the bagels had like one sccop of cream cheese were dry and nearly toasted.
