I waited for 4 minutes for service. Exactly at 7:00 p.m., an employee finally came to the counter and told me they were closed. I asked if she could ring me up for a small iced coffee, and her response was: “It’s already 7:01 p.m. — we’re done for the day.” Never a good experience at this location

I wish I got her name but the older lady at the register was incredibly pleasant. Training, greeting regulars, and having a really sweet interaction with some kids. Clearly an asset to the location.
