It must be one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to the service was horrible the employees must be the bottom of the barrel and that's me being nice

The worst Dunkin’s location to exist. It takes 15-25 mins each time you go there and the coffee is never made correctly. I got a latte today and there is no flavor even though I asked for 2 different kinds. The service is horrible as well.

Place is supposed to open at 4am I go at 4:30 and no one’s there. Can you do everyone a favor and hire people who will actually show up on time for your business? This is the exact reason people who work at dunks really do belong there! Hahaha. I once saw a worker wearing two different shoes! Who the hell are you hiring? Homeless people?

Slow and the iced coffee is bitter/burnt tasting half the time. I order ahead by 15 minutes and order is never ready when I arrive. And a lot of the times the food we order comes out burnt/dry. I've submit comments to the owners a few times and nothing seems to change. I get short staffing but this is ridiculous.

The Gonic location is fine enough, but can sometimes be extremely slow in the morning. Make sure you leave yourself some time to get to work just in case.

The number of times I have just given up and left without my food after 20-30 min is insane. Always due to how slow they are. Short staff is one thing I would look at management and see why they can’t keep staff there.

I went over to get changed for the air pump machine outside because it takes quarters and I was even willing to buy something at Dunkin' Donuts so they wouldn't just be giving me change for nothing. sat there for about two minutes and the guy just completely ignored me. He had his back turned to me, but I know he saw me. I finally said hi and he said hi back and mumbled a very low voice. I'll be right with you. I waited another 30 seconds and left and went over to the cashier to get change over there. He saw me over that line and he was unfazed by the fact that I did not buy anything and I left because I was basically getting ignored seemingly on purpose.

This has to be one of the busier Dunks locations. Right on 125 it's the perfect spot to pull over and grab your morning beverage. Unfortunately for the crew and customers, they are wildly understaffed at the wrong times. The crew do their best to keep up and smile at the customers but you can tell they are understandably overwhelmed.

I don’t think there is a slower dunkin’ donuts location that exists in the area every time I go to this location it takes about 15-25 minutes to get your order you could have 2 cars in front of you and it still takes that long.
I get that some locations are understaffed but if that’s the case can we at least get staff that is fast and if not i’d love if another owner took over or another business altogether because this is not fast food you’re making people late to work because you hire junkies from the motel down the road.

JUST Went through the drive thru. got a Black coffee and a bagle tosted with cream cheese. When I finally got to the window the workers were inside arguing with each other. I get my bagle and it's burnt black. When I go in to request a new one. I'm told it's because it's an everything bagle and they always burn. Now I
get an everything bagle like once to twice a week ...they are not burnt black. So I request get a new bagle and when i get it that one is burnt too. Then I try my coffee which is my own fault for not tring ot before I left burnt as well now this is definitely the larger issue for me as I have worked at a dunkin donuts and know how offten the coffe should be changes. Slow service, incompetent workers

This dunkins has the slowest service of any dunkins I've ever been to. I just waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. In that 45 minutes, more cars drove off from the back of the line than from the window. They also consistently manage to make the most basic of food and drinks wrong either by undercooking, adding ingredients that weren't part of the order, or just forgetting to make food. They even messed up a black coffee.

Hands down the worst drive thru service I’ve seen from any Dunkin’s anywhere. I literally sat at the drive thru window for 7 mins waiting for a single coffee, before I drove off empty handed so I wasn’t late for work. Looks like the found all there employees from the riviera next door. Get a grip, it’s called fast food for a reason. Unacceptable and just a bad representation of your company.
