I frequent this drive thru and generally have good service and get good food. Today I stopped just to use the restroom and was dissapointed by the condition. Toilet paper just set on top of the dispenser. Soiled floors and walls and trash on the floor. Chose this stop over the gas station as a restaurant should be cleaner. It wasn't. Makes me question food safety at this establishment due to the condition.

The food and drinks here are on par with other Dunkin’ locations in the area, so no complaints there. The big issue is the drive-thru in the mornings—it’s extremely slow. Waiting 20–30 minutes has become pretty normal, which is tough if you’re trying to grab coffee on the way to work. If you have time to spare, it’s fine, but if you’re on a schedule, you may want to plan ahead or stop at a different Dunkin’.

Absolute last time I will go here almost drove off then a rude guy came over the speaker telling me to hold on a minute before I even ordered,couple minutes go by then another voice came on saying sorry for the wait what can I get you, gave my order pulled around to see what was causing the delay the guy was just conversing what I assume his pals the car in front honked the kid gave her a death stare 5 minutes later with nothing given out the window the car leaves waited another 5 minutes car stool in front of me the kid comes back scans the lady’s phone tosses her bag in there and walks away finally to the window the kid tell me the price of my order I hand him my card and I said don’t throw my at me please handed me my order with a smirk and attitude. This place is the absolute worst DanD rude employees that just do not care

I would go here more often but service is horrible. I’ve been the only in line at the drive thru and waited 5 plus minutes before anybody greets me and than another 5 plus minutes waiting at the window for just an iced coffee. Service is painful slow and not always accurate. Staff is either extremely friendly or extremely rude.

Frozen coffee leaked all over my shirt, pants, center console, leather seats, a total mess!! Have had minor drive through issues but this time I'm filling a complaint to customer service.

The worst dunkins ever. Order on app 15 minutes before I get there and still have to wait. Not order and go, order and wait.

I've gone there a few times and each time it's ridiculously unpleasant. Some staff is pleasant but other staff seem clueless and or don't care about their job! Counters are filthy along with where they make the coffee. 2 times I witnessed a workers friend or family enter and get their coffee ahead of people already there and still waiting for theirs. The wait for a coffee order is soooooo ridiculously long, even when slow customer wise. If I owned an establishment running like this I would make drastic changes because there has to be a major loss of business. I go out of my way to avoid that particular shop and I know damn well I'm not the only one.

The worst Dunkin’s location to exist. It takes 15-25 mins each time you go there and the coffee is never made correctly. I got a latte today and there is no flavor even though I asked for 2 different kinds. The service is horrible as well.

Place is supposed to open at 4am I go at 4:30 and no one’s there. Can you do everyone a favor and hire people who will actually show up on time for your business? This is the exact reason people who work at dunks really do belong there! Hahaha. I once saw a worker wearing two different shoes! Who the hell are you hiring? Homeless people?
