This dunks is absolutely disgusting. I saw a cockroach running on the floor which grossed me out but didn’t surprise me. I told an employee and they said they know about the “bug” issue but the boss won’t do anything. How lovely is that? Absolute disgrace. I left with out my order I paid for. Thats my donation towards their extermination. I felt disgusting in my car after that.

10 minutes for a coffee and cappuccino. We were the only ones there (11/23 at 2 pm). They couldn't get the order correct, had to repeat it 3 times. I'm literally writing this AS I'm sitting at the drive through window.
UPDATE: We had to turn around and go back because my daughter ordered a vanilla cappuccino and all she got was a cup of hot foamy milk. She went inside to get it fixed and learned the two kids working were new, didn't know how to make drinks and they said the manager was gone. My daughter told her how to make her drink and, to her credit, the young girl was apologetic, professional, and worked to make the order right. My suggestion? Train her up and make HER the manager. Hope someone from corporate sees this

Slowest dunks of ALL TIME. I’ve been the only car here and it’s taken 15 minutes. I’m only here in the mornings and there’s always five or so employees working. I don’t know what the hell they’re doing in there though. I see cars leave after placing their order every time I’m there. How is the owner not infuriated at this??

They yelled at me about parking my big truck there I said okay sorry and left. I called to find out if I was allowed to park there at all and the manager told me I was wrong in every way with a rude snarky tone and then just to be extra snarky she told me I was wrong and she's not rude. If you have a large truck avoid this place
I was there in the drive thru line and a very nasty customer decided to berate the employee and manager. I reassured them that they do an excellent job and this location is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts. I was there on a busy Saturday morning and appreciate the smiles and delicious coffee. Keep up the great work!
