I order a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and a large strawberry dragonfruit refresher and it took over 30 mins of sitting in line to get my stuff. I Won't be going back to this dunkin

Worst dunks ever. Coffee wrong every time, 4 cars in the line 25 minute wait, and super unprofessional. Get to the window and there’s no greeting just sticking their hand out for payment. Will never even spend another penny here; I’ll stick to the dunks that has personable Staff. This has happened multiples times so now time for a review!

My coffee wasn't made correctly so I told the woman that works there what I actually ordered & she supposedly corrected it but really she just added whip cream to it & still didn't give me what I asked for ? that stuff pisses me off. They weren't even busy there was one other person in there other than me. There's really no excuse for just not listening to the customer...the employees were all very rude also!

Got asked for an iced black with regular sugar. Got a plain iced black. Employees fled from the window before I could ask for ketchup and then after I left I realized they didn't even give me the standard two knapkins. No tolerance for poor sevice. Never going back.
