it's clear that friendly's doesn't have the amount of staff they need to support the amount of customers—that being said, i can't help but deeply admire how hard each of the employees are working. servers are clearly working as hard and efficiently as they can, while keeping a calm, happy demeanor and making my dining experience so pleasant, and the food is always delicious. i'm so sad this place is closing, they deserve the most credit!

Placed an online order and paid for it online as well. When we got there to pick up the order, Judy told us they were out of ice cream and she couldn’t refund our order because she wasn’t a manager. I’ve never heard of an establishment being open with no manager on duty.

My friend and I were picking up an order and waiting by the cash register for a good 5-7 ish minutes before the workers even acknowledged we were waiting. No one greeted us and one server looked right at us before saying to another "there's people over there. I am NOT talking to them" in an extremely rude tone and continued to sit there and text on her phone. Complete lack of professionalism and as someone who manages restaurants for a career I can recognize bad service pretty easy. No one go to friendlys and if you do don't let the woman with small black glasses and long dark hair serve you. RUDEEEE

Never one of my favorite places, wife loves it.just had breakfast, perfect sunny side eggs, grilled home fries etc fast(place not known for fast).it was great you will not be disappointed.
Everything was good the food I loved the waitress was good however wen it came to the ice cream we told her my nephew has a bad peanut allergy she said okay but when she bring him his ice cream she had put Reese's PCS on top of it and we didn't know that it was Reese's at the time so he kept eating it until he started having a bad reaction and we had to get up in the middle of us eating and run out but like I said the food and service was excellent ?

Just finished a Town Hall event for presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard and we had a great afterparty here. Service was very hospitable. Food was great. Bathrooms were good. Had lacto-vegetarian options which is all I need in life. Very satisfied.

There ice cream is good but their food is definetly frozen. If you have kids it would be the place to go as they are very kid friendly. The wait is short but the customer service is good sometimes and bad other times.
