I’m sorry but not sorry, I just hate feeling out of my true character when I have to go out my way to leave a negative review in which I never do. I just say I am disappointed with the disrespect of not being contacted back after I sent a direct message regarding my experience on Christmas Day. Long story short I got food poisoning from undercooked ham and sausages you put on my plate. Not only in the beginning did you get my order wrong but after waiting for my food I then got a disgusting platter of undercooked food and small portioned as well. The young guy at the counter wasn’t professional at all and didn’t know what he was doing clearly I had second hand embarrassment from how lost he clearly was and didn’t seem to understand what I was trying to explain to him. Overall I’m just upset and I do want my money back and will continue to contact corporate until you make it right. Game on

We managed to go on the off peak moment before a rush - we've waited for a seat before, today was no rush, no wait, for a seat. The waitress was friendly enough, but the time between getting or drinks and menus, to the time we were ready to order seemed to be a long time - compared to when the order was taken and the food came, we waited longer for the initial orders to be taken. We definitely got our orders, and had our fill, but it seemed like we did have minimal time with her, when she came around. Not really a complaint, just an observation, if she hadn't left the extra carafe of coffee, she would have been sought; go, the food is edible, the company is what You make it, but don't expect to see the waitress if You do have a need/concern, if we didn't like the food, I'm still not sure she'd have stuck around to hear that answer either. She was pleasant, but didn't expect the long wait for the second time, and the fly by check in, she lingered longer for the check than for any other time. Food was good, will come back, just caught me off guard for how absent the staff was during a lull. I still can't get over the small bug I swatted away while eating, and that kind of bothers me, but I know flies are insidious and sneak in on others, given it was small, and I saw one, I figured that it must have traveled in on someone - but I took the rest of my food 'to go'. For $30, and two meals, I'll come back, but not too soon.

Was not thrilled with my experience here. Didn't like the open concept of the dining room. There are so wall barriers between the booths so it feels like you're sitting right next to the table beside you. The table behind us had a small child and he was able to just lean into our booth with ease and it was awkward and uncomfortable. The table on the other side of us could hear our conversation.

The food I was most disappointed with. I tried the smokehouse meal and the "sausage" that comes with the meal is literally just hot dogs cut in half and grilled. (Pictured in my photo) And finally there was no real maple syrup. I've never been to an ihop and not had the option to get real maple syrup.

Overall just not impressed.

Everytime we try to go here they never have enough staff. We stood waiting to be seated for over 5 minutes without even being acknowledged by anyone. We had a line forming behind us. One waitress came out delivery food and never even looked over. Place had 6 groups of customers. We walked out!

I have only dined at this location once. I usually opt for takeout as it is quite challenging to secure a table, despite the lack of customers. The staff takes an excessive amount of time to attend to you, often engaging in idle chatter. Unfortunately, when I order delivery, my order is consistently incorrect. I use DoorDash at least twice a week and always order the same thing, yet there is always an item missing or an error in my order. It appears that it may be time to find an alternative dining option.
