The fried whole belly clams I ordered had maybe 4 whole bellies. The rest were strips! The service was S.L.O.W.. They didn't cook my partner's fish all the way through and it had to be redone which took FOREVER! Not once was a "I'm sorry" said! Will NEVER go back! BE WARNED!

They are terrible to their employees. The lady that pays is Jess and the checks bounce. Would not recommend working her or ordering here. Since none of the money goes towards employees evenly! Not to mention Jess is VERY unprofessional..

I dont do reviews, but this experience was horrible. Ordered over 100 dollars worth of food only to be given what seemed like the small portions when we ordered larges. We were told 25 minutes for food and arrived after 30 we're told another 20 minutes to wait.. Then we paid to have onion rings in one of our meals only to not get them. We drove all the way back to see if it could be resolved and the woman at the counter laughed like she was pulling one over on us, to what felt like reluctantly go get some from the kitchen. The food that we got was good, but service was very poor. Do not recommend take out from here. The locals in there seemed happy having to clean there own tables to sit down.

Been ordering for years from here never had a issue. They have moved to sophies on route11 the quality and food was horrible called to voice my concerns the manager was rude and told me door dash must have eaten my onion rings and burnt my 10 fries that where on my plate asked for a refund she said no we can give you a hand full of fries next time you order

Got takeout for the first time here. Staff that answer the phone don't have a clue! Food is bland and greasy. Didn't get what I ordered! Will it be back.
I ordered 2 combo haddock nuggets and bay scallops. 4 haddock nuggets and like 6 tiny bay scallops for 35.00 with dash fee. My girlfriend and I were disappointed in the lack of portion size .
