Chicken , mashed potato and biscuit tasted like it was made at least 4-5 hours ago. I ate there at 4pm . I order original recipe and they were out of it? At 4pm. Had to get the extra crispy.
Which made the fact that it had been sitting even worse. Just moved to the neighborhood.
Won't be going back.

Take out- EXCELLENT service and utmost courtesy displayed!
We called with our order 5 min b4 we got off the Spaulding, expecting to wait because it was short notice on our part.
Amazingly, they got our food out to us in 4 min and politely apologized for keeping us waiting.
My goodness, not a problem whatsoever! Great job, young man!!!

Everything terrible....1st time I gave it a try they messed up the entire meal so I gave them a 2nd chance today and wanted a spicy chicken sandwich not a chicken tender sandwich....huge difference place sucks

Went on a Sunday night and was told at the drive up window that the online menu was different from what was available. Thought that's strange but ordered what they had. Got home and found the worse chicken I've ever had. Much worse than grocery store fried chicken and even worse than gas station chicken. Ordered extra crispy, got regular that was greasy and small pieces. The "wing" portion was the size of a golf ball and inedible.

The manager at this store verbally assaulted my girlfriend after she had been waiting for over 30 minutes for a doordash order and made a very polite and courteous complaint about the ridiculous amount of time it was taking. Then the manager on duty at 1730 on 13 Oct 2024 proceeded to tell her to come back there to make the food herself. I objected to the way he was talking to her and he kicked us out of the store and refused to give me his name or store number. I will be making a complaint to corporate as well. The manager that was working was extremely rude and does not need to be in a position where he deals with people at all. The lack of professionalism in this store and the inordinate amount of time it takes them to do a very simple job needs to be addressed by a district manager ASAP or this store just needs to be shut down. I don't know about the rest of you out there, but I will not be giving my money to a store that fails on every level of the food service industry standards. Yeah, it's KFC not some fancy restaurant. That doesn't mean they get to treat their customers poorly when the customer has been waiting for far longer than what is a reasonable amount of time to wait for a simple KFC order.

Friendly staff despite our of a few things and looking severely understaffed. No large drinks, out of cole slaw, out of a few sauces, and 15-20 min for a drive thru order. Nothing terrible about the staff, but management may want to review scheduling, and par levels for prep and inventory.

Guy in Management in the afternoon beyond unprofessional got staff standing around not working annd shooting the shit and have people standing around in the lobby waiting 15-30 mins just for someone to take their order or help them out! then blames because they are short staffed. When they got the employees they are just goofing off! Will never go there again no questions asked
