Insane wait times everytime

Worst KFC experience I've ever had. They were understaffed. The restaurant was filthy. Every customer there waited 40 to 50 minutes (we waited 50). The Taco Bell orders were backed up and KFC orders were getting cold. The systems weren't talking to each other and the employees didn't know how to fix it. Disaster. I would like a refund. There was one employee trying to make things right but she had her work cut out for her.

I ordered 2 simple meals. Upon arriving back home I noticed they messed up on both orders. So I tried calling the store 3 times to inform them my orders where messed up only for them not to answer either time. so when I returned to the store & informed them them of the mess up. Now I’m unsure if It was either a female employee or the manager I spoke with. But either way she argued with me about the mess up while having an attitude with me for telling her the order wasn’t right. So they ended up remaking one of the orders & fixed the other one. When I got back home & handed my wife her new order that was supposed to be made correctly with Mike’s honey hot. She informed me that it still wasn’t right & there was no honey hot sauce on the tenders. So now I’m not only disappointed that they still screwed my order up again but fought and argued with us like my wife didn’t know what she was talking about. After trying to explain to the female one the phone that it still wasn’t right. She refused to credit the meal and hung up on us. Now the sad part of it all is. It wasn’t just our order that was messed up while waiting there was a few other peoples orders that were messed up. Now if u can’t do ur job right & have to be unprofessional to the point of arguing with a customer who only eats chicken tenders with mikes honey hot & hanging up on us. Maybe u should find a job were u don’t have to deal with customers cuz my opinion she should be fired or find people that can follow a receipt & or hire people that knows how to put orders together & deal with customers

I don’t usually do bad reviews unless I’m totally dumbfounded, my experience just now definitely was interesting!

Not sure if the drive through girl was having a bad day, or if their policy refuses to serve sodas without ice but - I pulled through the drive though after ordering a $7 box & a soda with no ice.
When I got my drink, there was ice - so I said “oh sorry I asked for no ice” & tried to hand my drink back for fixing. The window attendant said they can’t accept the drink back, so I said okay & put it in my cupholder - thinking about who at work I can pawn it on because I don’t like soda with ice right now. I’m pregnant & it’s just something I don’t like at the moment!
I get my food & am waiting for my drink with no ice. The window attendant states she’s not giving me another drink because I have mine, I said “but I asked for no ice, I don’t want this drink it’s not how I ordered it” she said again “you have your drink. Now can you pull up so we can serve the other people behind you” all with a very condescending tone & smile to match!
Not returning to this KFC. Not because of my soda with no ice but for the sheer & blatant disrespect & disregard for my simple order fix.
To add, I would have gone inside to remedy the issue, but was on break & had to get back to work immediately.
Sorry to the attendant for having a bad day or just a bad attitude. Neither are good for business or reputation.

Every single time we come they tell us it will be a 10-20 minute wait. And even then 90% of the time they get our complete order completely wrong. The employees never seem to care. And its impossible for them to ever make things right. Needs new management. All of the employees are either on drugs or extremely lazy as well. We go here at least once a month because it is the only fried chicken restaurant in the area. I will be emailing corporate about this because I have had it

Infinite Luck

By far the most disgusting fast food joint I’ve ever eaten at. Don’t get me wrong I get it’s fast food and not to have high hopes but the chicken was dry and hard all the way through. Me and my girlfriend both couldn’t eat it. Fries and biscuits were fine but when going to a KFC you’d think they’d have edible chicken. Can already predict the diarrhea to come… Wish me luck.

Ordered a family dinner 6/1/25
We were missing half our chicken, I couldn’t get any body on the phone so I drove all the way back. She said she “remembered packing it wrong” ……..
Finally I get back home and the food is awful. The biscuits are rock hard, the Mac and cheese is cold and chunky, and the chicken is so tough I needed knives to cut it.
Regrettably not impressed at all. Plenty of other food in the area, seek elsewhere.

This place is a joke I order $70 fricken dollar of food for my family and drove 35 minutes just to be told the cook went home early and they don’t have 90% of what I ordered. WTH KFC!! You stole my money and now I have to wait to get it back and pay yet again for food . Do a better job.

I think corporate forgot this location exists.

Good staff. However you can stand at the register for 20 minutes before anyone even notices you're there.

Maybe this location is drive- through mostly, but damn you need a flare gun here to get attention at the register.

The service was horrible, stood in line by myself waiting for service, placed my order and by the time I left 35 minutes later.
The store was discusting, greasy hand prints all over windows, door was filthy, floor sticky I was discussed and won't return.
This was a waste of my time and money, never again Rochester. Total ghetto!

Chicken , mashed potato and biscuit tasted like it was made at least 4-5 hours ago. I ate there at 4pm . I order original recipe and they were out of it? At 4pm. Had to get the extra crispy.
Which made the fact that it had been sitting even worse. Just moved to the neighborhood.
Won't be going back.
