I visited KFC after work and had a very disappointing experience. I placed my order through the drive-thru, and due to background noise, I politely asked the employee taking my order, Lesley, to repeat what she said. In response, she used inappropriate and offensive language, which was completely unprofessional. I raised this issue with the store manager, who advised me to submit a formal complaint through the KFC website. After leaving the store, I noticed that my sandwich was tasted unusual. As the same employee had prepared the meal, I did not feel comfortable consuming it. I also observed that the employee was not wearing appropriate food-handling attire, such as an apron or a hat, which raised further concerns about food safety and hygiene. I returned to the store to request a refund and calmly explained my concerns. During this interaction, the employee threw a straw at me and closed the service window. Due to these concerns, I ultimately decided to dispose of the meal, as I could not be confident that the food was safe to eat. This experience was unacceptable and does not meet the standards of customer service and food safety I would expect from KFC. I hope that KFC keeps records of customer-employee interactions and reviews this incident carefully to make an appropriate judgment and prevent similar situations in the future.

Walked in and turned around and ushered my kids right back out the door. Stepped in something sticky after entering , that happens no big deal. However as soon as we entered we got hit with an awful smell of something rotting almost like the smell of old fish. It was so bad i gagged and had to hold my breath. Will not be back

I have been a regular customer for a couple of years, but I will not go back because the last 3 times I went the girl at the drive thru has been very rude and gives me a hard time, today I asked for some butter for my biscuit and she said they don't have butter and move away from the window
