They are terrible to their employees. The lady that pays is Jess and the checks bounce. Would not recommend working her or ordering here. Since none of the money goes towards employees evenly! Not to mention Jess is VERY unprofessional..

Went there last weekend for the first and last time. Waited 15 minutes to order, was hard to get my $3 coffee refilled and got our food which was cold a half hour later which we couldn't send back because we didn't see our waitress again until we giot the check. They seemed to have their hands to full with door dash than their sitting patrons. Huge waste of $40

We went here, as a recommended location so the expectation was a little higher knowing others enjoyed it. It is a very small place with very little room for the waitresses to move around. While there I saw numerous things that gave the indication that the place was not very functional under pressure. Numerous gub hub drivers stuck waiting because of errors in the orders, wrong orders given out, and multiple times the staff argued with the drivers. I'd love to say I was being judgemental but was close enough to see and here the frustration of each one of the drivers with how it was being handled.Placing our order we asked for items just as they were on the menu. My son ordered 2 of the the sticky bun pancakes that come with walnuts, brown sugar and icing on top of them. I ordered crepes that allow you to select 2 topping from the list. I chose blueberries and strawberries with a side of the homemade corned beef hash. What we ended up with was a single walnut pancake and crepes. Turns out the second pancake, icing and the hash were never put on the list the waitress sent out. Once we received the bill I was hit with an additional charge for the extra fruit despite the menu stating to chose 2.The chaos that was their waiting list for people looking for a seat was a complete mess. They were not able to give anyone an estimated wait time even if they were the only ones waiting. They informed 2 men that they could not sit at the empty bar until they went through and asked everyone, who had already been asked, if they wanted to sit at the bar. They had all clearly said no which is why they were still waiting. The only reason I am not making this review lower is that I am aware that everyone has a bad day. This may not be the normal scenario for them but as a first impression it was not worth the trip over there. It is highly unlikely I would drive back over to get breakfast there.

I drive by this place and it always looks so busy so when I got a chance to go during the week I was excited. Arrived a little past 8 and was able to be seated right away. Coffee and water came quick, and then we waited...and waited. There was at least 2 empty tables at all times while we sat there for waiting near an hour. The couple that came in behind us ate and left before we got any food. Then another table ate and left. The waitress said nothing. No sorry this is taking so long, we forgot you because of blah blah, nothing. Finally at 930 the food came, I got the chicken and waffles and the waffle was cold. Completely cold, not even lukewarm. Not at all worth the wait or frustration. The menu had me originally looking forward to other things but I'll pass on that. When we finally got the bill they had taken a few dollars off, which I appreciate, but the lack of acknowledgement before then had caused enough damage in my mind.

Really wanted to like this place as many family and friends have raved about it, but the food is bland and overpriced, there's elbow room only in there, we waited a long time for our waiter to appear. There was also a dog in there when we went, and normally I don't have issues with dogs, but I don't think one should be in a restaurant. Animal was well behaved, but did not belong in a restaurant setting.
