First time ordering here. The lomain and crab ragoons were delicious. Food was prepared quickly. Customer service was excellent! The food was amazing! I'll be ordering again tonight.
Food is always delicious. Service is fast and friendly.
Updated Review:
They got good food, good service, however eliminated delivery option and go through door dash.
I'm not paying $17 for a LG Chicken Finger..
Bring back delivery or else you lost a lifetime customer..
Don't care either to see customers posting about cockroaches again with pictures..
This is why you left your old establishment and built a new one.. now you're unclean once again and have roaches once again?
They have horrible customer service. We had an issue with one part of our order and they didn’t want to make it right.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET.
I genuinely used to love this place — it was my go-to Chinese restaurant for years. The food was consistent, and I even recommended it to friends and family. But after my most recent experience, I will NEVER step foot in this restaurant again, even if I were starving.
From the moment we walked in, the energy felt off. We were met with indifference, and things quickly went downhill. A man who identified himself as “Phillip” — if that’s even his real name — was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and dismissive toward me and my family. He treated us like we were a burden rather than paying customers. It wasn’t just bad service — it was hostile. His tone, his attitude, and the way he spoke to us was completely uncalled for. I’ve never been spoken to like that in any restaurant, ever.
What makes it worse is that this used to be a place we came to for comfort food and happy memories. Now, it’s tainted. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even to my worst enemy.
There are plenty of restaurants out there with amazing food and respectful, kind service. This is not one of them. Save yourself the heartbreak and go somewhere else
Went in and ordered $40 worth of food and all of it was sooo dry as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp all night … I ordered and was out of there in less then 5 minutes…. And then when I called to complain about the food I was just brushed off and never got my information taken to give to management when they return next week ! And then they hung up on me … I mean we couldn’t even eat the food … worst customer service ! And the only reason they get one star is cause I can’t take away stars !
One of our favorite places! The food is always good, hot and comes out quickly. Friendly staff too.
Definitely went down in quality egg rolls are now the size of spring rolls, generalize chicken was only hot no flavor. Poison shrink. Also sat down inside to eat in and no tea on the menu, big disappointment.
I'm so disappointed. I was recommended this place highly. My egg roll was served as egg fu young and the crab rangoons were sugary and watery. I will not order from here again. Lesson learned.

My family and I dined in, the restaurant was very clean and the gentlemen working in the front was extremely accommodating. The food was delicious, served hot, and portions were generous. We brought in a birthday cake to have for dessert, it was my grandson's birthday dinner! We order from here frequently, however, we normally do take out. I highly recommend both dining in & take out. Food is always great and staff couldn't be nicer. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion size. 5 stars would highly recommend.

Pretty frustrating to order online and not see any option for rice, then get everything home and find out there’s no rice included with anything. $18 for a meal, but can’t include rice?
Turns out you have to go under “Fried Rice” and go past all the fried rice to find just a side of white rice (which is another $5????)
Make it easier to find, make it included with the meals, make it obvious that it’s not included. Do something. But it’s pretty ridiculous currently.
No frills but great food. Menu has many great choices and reasonably priced.

We have Ordered Liu’s Garden multiple times for lunch while in town visiting my grandparents and each experience never disappoints. Today, We ordered beef teriyaki, crab rangoons, sesame chicken and Lo mein noodles with broccoli. Everything was delicious and the service was very timely. The sesame chicken was cooked to perfection, with quality chicken and a sauce that has the best flavor I’ve had from any Chinese place I’ve ordered from. The man working the register was very friendly and we definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for quality Chinese food in the Rochester area.

The food is great! The atmosphere is good service is top notch. It's way better then the other places I have been to when it comes to Chinese food in New Hampshire. Probably the best Chinese food in New Hampshire! Definitely got to try Liu's garden if you want good Chinese food around here!
