The food is awesome. The benches are kinda sticky and there's ants everywhere, but that's to be expected from an outdoor place like this. The service is good from what I've seen, nice people work there. Great place for ice cream fanatics.

Magnificent little roadside ice cream stand serving up some of the very best homemade ice cream in town. This is one of those ice cream places where you order and pay for your items at a window and your ice cream is made right away. I was in the mood for some ice cream so I stopped off here to get some. They were a bit busy but there were three windows open so I was not waiting long at all for service. I was looking to order an ice cream sundae. I had been hoping to get the mint chocolate chip ice cream but they were out of it so I ended up getting the mocha chip ice cream instead for the ice cream to have them make my sundae with. They have more than enough flavors to pick from so finding an alternative flavor was not a problem at all. No inside seating here but if you are like me and prefer not to eat in the car they do have plenty of picnic tables outside where you can sit down and eat your ice cream. I must say the portion size that they serve here is excellent. I was wanting something small that I'd have room for so I ordered the kid size sundae and it actually could have easily filled an adult. It only cost $7 so that was a very fair price for what I received. The ice cream was very delicious and it tasted like it was freshly made. This place does close for the colder weather months so definitely get here sometime between the Spring and the very early Fall. They have a parking lot with plenty of spaces to accommodate their customers. I am glad I decided to stop by!

Service here was good, friendly and fast but they only let you have one flavor of ice cream despite choosing the two scoop size. I mean, why, it’s two scoops! Apart from that the ice cream is good, not outstanding but good enough.

The ice cream really is very good. The only problem is that if you want more than one flavor you have to order a medium size and that's an entire pint of ice cream, which is too much even for me.

So love ice cream and loved this place! We actually went twice this week. Always a line. Their ice cream is homemade, and the portions are amazing. I got the small, and it was all I could do to finish it. This place is a must try if you are nearby.
Roadside ice cream places are common. This place is exceptional. Great ice cream, decent food selection, nice facility. Kind of still feels like an under the radar place but it’s been around since 1962. A great find, you’ll like it.

Wow is all I can say. When they ask if you are familiar with the size of their cones there is a reason. Large is 1lb of ice cream, not even kidding. Homemade on top. If you like ice cream a must stop.
