Honestly I always come here to pee when I’m out and about because I think it’s one of the cleanest bathrooms in Rochester and I appreciate being able to always pee! But I got breakfast this morning and went in after I ate to use the bathroom and there was no soap in the woman’s bathroom. So I just went and ordered food and then ate and no one is washing there hands after preparing my food? I feel so sick.

I truly miss the old McDonalds with the characters. I hear kids in McDonald's asking why they no longer have any pictures anymore. They were shown as a great memory. Now we'll, it's all electronic.

Used to be a pretty decent McDonald's, but now it's dropped off considerably. They frequently forget items like sauces or single sandwiches, and they rush you through ordering like they'd prefer you weren't there. Meanwhile, they're one of the slowest fast food joints in the area. Ordered tonight with my son, they forgot the sauces with his meal and we waited for quite a while, nearly 15 minutes, despite there being only one person in front of us. Most of the staff seems to stand around talking. There aren't usually issues with the food, but tonight, the fries were cold and underdone, and the burger was dry.
