Most of the time they are pretty good & get my order correct. The staff has ALWAYS been pleasant. Although multiple times I've ordered SWEET tea only to get just tea with no sugar. Last time I ordered extra onions on my cheese burger but there were very few onions on them. The majority of the time though it's a positive experience. I like to use the app & curbside pickup.

Lukewarm fries in drivethru. Is it that hard to serve hot fries? I don't have time to go back thru. I've had this happen at this location before..thought maybe management or owners would fix these issues but apparently they don't care about their customers so I will not return...I am a local resident of Rochester

Our order took 50 minutes in the drive through. Then when we finally got to the window they completely didn’t have our order at all. So they retook the order and delivered the food. This was an absolute nightmare I would steer clear of this McDonald’s entirely.

How the hell can you screw up an order that was done online and repeated 3 times? Today I did an online order to pickup at the drive thru. Gave my code twice and got called by the wrong name, so they were corrected and I repeated the order. Got to the first window and repeated code, name and order. Was asked if I wanted a receipt. Got to the second window where both the woman at the window and I repeated the order to each other. Received drink and a bag. Got to the gas station next door, looked in the bag to see the wrong order. Instead of big mac with nuggets and mcchicken, there was a quarter pounder with cheese and 2 plain cheese burgers. If after all that and they still screw things up. Keep the ignorant workers at minimum wage. $7 a hour is still to much for their stupidity.
I just ordered from their I didn’t get half the meal and when I called back I was nice and then the attitude started from the worker horrible place

DISGUSTING don’t go there!!! Avoided at all costs his gout vomit and the meat full chemical transformation to wonder if we eat.. cat maybe or a foreign body seriously the food must have been moldy for weeks to the point that I wondered if it had vomited in my burger... it's over for me, I've never eaten anything so disgusting in my life.
