Most of the time they are pretty good & get my order correct. The staff has ALWAYS been pleasant. Although multiple times I've ordered SWEET tea only to get just tea with no sugar. Last time I ordered extra onions on my cheese burger but there were very few onions on them. The majority of the time though it's a positive experience. I like to use the app & curbside pickup.

Just had coke and fries ? hard to mess up. The staff acted ignorant when I drove around after waiting 5 minutes for someone to answer the service screen. When I went to the window to tell the lady I was waiting and asked her if I could give her my order, she looked at me strangely and said no go to the next window. So I went to the next window and the young gal seemed aggravated because she had to do my order, take my money, and give me my loot. Would think they'd fix...
