Most of the time they are pretty good & get my order correct. The staff has ALWAYS been pleasant. Although multiple times I've ordered SWEET tea only to get just tea with no sugar. Last time I ordered extra onions on my cheese burger but there were very few onions on them. The majority of the time though it's a positive experience. I like to use the app & curbside pickup.

Just had coke and fries ? hard to mess up. The staff acted ignorant when I drove around after waiting 5 minutes for someone to answer the service screen. When I went to the window to tell the lady I was waiting and asked her if I could give her my order, she looked at me strangely and said no go to the next window. So I went to the next window and the young gal seemed aggravated because she had to do my order, take my money, and give me my loot. Would think they'd fix...

Typical McDonald's food but staff was super nice. Mt son has food allergies and his order was wrong, thankfully I caught it, but staff was so concerned the manager made my new order and refunded me the cost! I'm not an avid McDonald's lover but my son who's on the spectrum loves it, and I will continue my patronage.
