The best BBQ around hands down!. Thank you for contributing to an awesome family day!
We hired Mitchell Hill BBQ for our garden party-style outdoor backyard wedding this past Saturday (6/21/2025), after receiving a recommendation from our photographer. We ordered brisket, smoked chicken, pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, baked beans and cornbread. Everything was absolutely delicious! SO many of our guests also commented how great the food was. I was so happy there were leftovers because I grabbed them all to take home and freeze for later. 10 out of 10 for Rocky, Bob and the entire Mitchell Hill BBQ team. Thank you for making our day one to remember!
Mitchell Hill creates mouth-watering dishes that aren't soon forgotten. Their professional experience as caterers ensures that every event they do is done with a meticulous eye for detail, professional attitude along with some very frIendly smiles. I highly recommend Mitchell Hill iBBQ Catering for all of your catering needs!
the food and the wonderful people who serve it. couldn't ask for better food
We had Mitchell Hill cater a family event for 20 people and it was absolutely delicious! They saved us so much time from shopping and prepping to cooking and cleaning. Everyone enjoyed the food, roasted turkey, salad, squash and scalloped potatoes. Thank you! This was not the first event that we have used Mitchell Hill and it will not be the last! Thank you for making our event simple and easy to enjoy!

I wanted to take a minute to review Mitchell Hill BBQ in Rochester, NH. We ordered catering for my 3 yr olds birthday party yesterday. I was expecting around 20-25 adults. We ordered the BBQ bone in chicken, smoked ribs, and smoked pulled pork. We also got beans, corn bread and mac and cheese. I want to write a very honest review because reviews help me a lot when I’m looking to spend $700 on food. First, the food is delicious. Absolutely delicious. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money on the pulled pork. It was gone in seconds. I disagree with other reviewers. The corn bread is delicious and moist! The mac and cheese was good, not fantastic. I forgot to take pictures of the food at the party so these pics are from the left overs. The food is not dry at all, exactly what you would want from BBQ! I would say the amount of food was just right for 25 people, we only had 15 adults and 6 kids show up and we had a lot of left overs (except the pork!). I did have a little trouble setting up the catering. I can tell Roxanne is busy. I didn’t receive the first email she sent and we had to play phone tag a few times. Not her fault by any means, this was just my experience. They were very accommodating about me paying the day before the party. They charged my card 3 different times but refunded 2 immediately. Just seemed slightly disorganized, but I work in a service industry and I understand things don’t always go as planned, again, just my experience. I wanted to just say a special thank you to Mitchell Hill for helping to make my daughters party very special!!!

Ive been here 2 years ago and the food was good and we went again and i dont know what happened?! The ribs did not come close to falling off the bone and the cornbread tasted like it came out of a box from Hannafords. I would definitely pick MrSippys over Mitchells. I want to like both but there is a big difference. Mr Sippys smokes all there meat and its a game changer for me!

Food was okay. Drinks were good. But the restaurant was full and one girl was running the show. Sydni was fantastic and definitely deserves a raise. She turned a 3 star review into a 5 star
I towed the owner home from CT he told me to come down to his restaurant. He and his wife are the most polite respectful down to earth people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, I took up his offer and went down to his restaurant the atmosphere was amazing with a chill laid back vibe the server and the cook both greeted me were extremely nice, professional and friendly, the food was absolutely amazing I got the brisket sandwich and poured on some whiskey bourbon BBQ sauce and it was so good that I would drive the 2 and a half hours back up here just to eat at the restaurant again 10/10

I really wanted to like this more. It wasn't bad, it was just different. The atmosphere wasn't amazing, we walked in it was like half lit, wires on the floor like they were cleaning up or moving stuff around. It seemed unclear where to sit. I think simple changes could improve this.
The beer I got tasted very funky, I had this beer before so immediately knew it was bad. Sent back and they kindly got me a different beer so that was nice. The food was solid, but the burnt ends really are not burnt ends or they were not that day. They were moist brisket it seemed in au jus. The platter was very good though, I did brisket, pork, waffle fries and mac.

Brisket was well seasoned, pulled pork had a good flavor. I loved the different sauces, especially the "Slap yo' mamma" sauce. The only thing that caught me off guard was the tomato in the slaw. You'll either love it or hate it, I was not a fan. I would still go back and order something else though. 4/5
