I have tried a few local Thai Restaurants and My Thai Bistro is the best Thai Restaurant. The food was fresh and flavorful. The service was spectacular. This will definitely be on our list of restaurants to frequent.
This delicious Thai restaurant is a gem! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We are vegetarian and found a wide variety of food options on the menu. We enjoyed the vegetable fresh rolls, scallion pancakes, vegetable pad thai, pad see ew and vegetable basil fried rice. The portions were generous and the food was savory and flavorful. The service was good and the owners, chef and staff were very kind. I appreciate that many of them are from Thailand, so they really work...

Skip getting shrimp in your spring roles. This is the second time we've ordered them and only 2 of the 4 pieces had any shrimp. And even those only had one tiny chunk.
