Originally placed an order for 3pm and called last minute and they were able to accommodate us for 2pm. Super sweet when I picked up the food. Very friendly when picking up. Offered to help me carry it to my car. Great customer service!!

We ordered steak sub , French fries, small bread sticks w/ x cheese, and a small cheese pizza. There was NO appetizers ordered!! The sub and fries came out first. The pizza and bread sticks came out about 20 minutes later. So the person eating the sub was done before our pizza came out!?! So, while one person was eating the there people sat there waiting for their food. Is it the second time this has happened? Not sure why everyone's food wasn't brought out together, like every other restaurant does!!?! The pizza used to be my favorite! But not any more. It doesn't even look or tastes like the old papa ginos pizza. Overall, it was disappointing.

I asked for extra mushrooms on my burger and they definitely gave me lots of them I am very happy with everyone and every thing. 5* all around
The new renovation is cold, unwelcoming and not as nice and cozy as it used to be. The service is suffering something terrible, The lady that checked us out seemed like she was on some serious drugs or something, she was jumping around and talking super fast and touching everything she possibly could on the counter! I ordered a tuna sub and whoever made it put the vegetables inside the bread and tuna on the top. When I opened the sub it was a disgusting mess. The tuna was all over the paper and there was absolutely nothing inside the sub except tomato and pickle. Appalled!
