Location is amazing! There was a very rude customer in the parking lot talking crazy about leaving a review so I thought I'd leave one to just say the staff was doing amazing the pizza was great and props to the manager for putting up with those rude people!

Ordered 1 large pizza, 2 toppings, $35 delivered. Watched the DoorDash driver drive by my house to go pick up food from several other locations before delivering the cold pizza nearly an hour late. Not Papa Gino's fault directly, but they did choose to push the delivery to DoorDash. I call the store, asking how to lodge a complaint with DoorDash since there was no way to leave feedback on my end. They told me the manager said he'd have to do it and would call me back shortly. No callback.Pizza night is expensive. It should be a fun experience. Things go wrong, sure, but you could have had a long-term customer out of that just by calling me back, made it clear I didn't even want a credit. Instead, I'm going back to ordering pizza night from somewhere else because the manager didn't follow through.

Order take out 2 months ago took over hour and half and they said a half hour so today I figured I give another shot because I love the pizza and again half hour and took and hour the workers seemed like they where in slow speed no one talking then pizza where done and had to wait on the mac n cheese like they had no leadership at all but i must say the pizza was good there is no comunacation there at all the mac n cheese should have been done with the pizza not wait 15 mins for it after the pizza is done well I'll wait a while before ordering again
