We love Pizza Hut! And our food is usually always delicious! This last time, however, left much to be desired. My boyfriend normally eats 6 out of 8 slices of a large pizza. Last night he ate two slices and I had one. There was soooo much sauce on the pizza and not very much cheese. I never make any alterations to the pizza because usually it’s perfect! The breadsticks were hard as rocks and very chewy! I don’t think we’ll let this one bad experience stop us from ordering here again. Everyone has bad days so maybe that’s just what it was. I tried to get a refund through customer service and all they could offer me was a free order of breadsticks.

My family of five made a stop at this location to hit the all you can eat buffet before heading to North Conway. Coming from Massachusetts, this was the location we knew had the yummy buffet. The cost was a steal at $11.99 which also includes salad bar and sweets. Drinks are separate.
We were greeted immediately by the hostess/waitress and was asked if doing the buffet. Yep!
We were shown out seats and went straight to the buffet. It might like small, but there was plenty to pick from for pizza selections. And all was all hot! My choice was cheese and it was so cheesy. Yum. Salad bar was great too.
My son loved the abundance of breadsticks. The waitress always gave us refills of our waters without asking so that was great.
Would definitely come back next time.
Oh. One star taken off for the restroom as my son mention the water wasn’t working so well to wash his hands. He had to use hand sanitizer after using it.

I have never been here at this location until just recently and all I can say is it's gorgeous! It doesn't look like the Pizza Hut locations of the past, it truly looks like you're walking into an authentic Italian restaurant. The moment you opened that first door that smell hits you and it is just so intoxicating! Highly recommend checking out this Pizza Hut location specifically as I have been to no other ones, but this one totally kicks butt!

Great atmosphere. Friendly helpful staff. I just wish when I show up to pick up a DoorDash order it was actually ready to go out the door and isn't always "almost done". They say almost done and it's always another 15-20 minutes. Other then that...... The food's decent too.
I ordered a large stuff crust extra cheese extra mushrooms pizza and they put so many mushrooms on it I was so happy it was delicious and I think they should do it like this more often I am definitely going here again yum ?

Only place in this backwater town worth going to. 95% of the time everything is perfect and when it's not the staff are absolute bros and fix the problem.
Been here twice and the service has been exceptional both times. The staff really cares and are always great to talk to. Food is good too. I like their chicken and pasta.

Pizza good... the website however is always slow and totally confused. Takes over an hour to add 3 items in your cart... with excellent wifi. Unless, you wanna pay the ridiculous prices on doordash be ready to have patience ordering online.
