Absolutely horrendous service they completely messed up my order I live 30 minutes away trying to contact these people is completely impossible had to throw the hole meal away of less then one star is possible I would have chosen that would not recommend terrible service horrible food

I placed a order for a stuffed crust pizz a the food came after a hour and they pulled in my driveway for 1 sec and then left i opened the door and my porch light was on I then was very mad and then orderd the same order and it never showed up

The service was ok @ 145 pm.supposed to be a buffet, but the pizza was old. I know that we were the only ones there, but I would have thought they would have had atleast one fresh pizza there. The bread sticks were ok and the pizza sauce, but pizza hut is famous for pizza not stucks.

Man... I really wish I didn't tip 40% because you guys gave me sausage instead of buffalo chicken. I don't eat pork... Now I'm just disappointed in so many ways and very hangry... Merry Christmas

Called the store placed an order employee hung up first apparently the order was never finalized in the system before they hung up and he couldn’t find the address I gave him my phone number , waited an hour to call back to sit on hold for 6 minutes for him to finally pickup and blame it on internet issues unprofessional……

Worst service EVER! This place has gone way downhill! I won't use them again! I was on hold all the way from Strafford and I stood in the restaurant for 10 minutes waiting to order. I never saw one employee in all that time. This happened two weeks in a row. You must do better Pizza Hut. You've lost a loyal customer. 😖

I only put 1 star when I want to rate 0 stars I was charged For my order and never received it and every single time I call to notify the store I get put on hold and left on hold I have called at least 10 times since last night

Made an online order, was sent a confirmation that it would be ready by 8:59pm But when we arrived to pick up the order the guy said we didnt order and that they closed at 9pm. We arrived at 9:07, he came to the window... they are open until 11... right? As we're sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out what happened, the lights go off and we were sent a notification that our order was ready but they shut everything down... It is the correct address store, we double checked. This is ridiculous, whoever was running the store tonight 11/6 totally lied because they wanted out. We did not get our order, lucky for us we didnt prepay.
I only go for the buffet and I love one worker that is there a lot isn't very friendly otherwise this would be a 5 star for sure

Jennifer is a trooper ordered online i could clearly see they were busy when I got there Jennifer was zipping around running the front serving and handling the window also giving direction to the cooks out back she showed strong communication skills and you could see she looked a little overwhelmed but it didn't effect her mood and she showed complete professionalism that's a invaluable employee to have i just wanted to give credit where it's due the food industry is a tough gig so kudos to you Jennifer you rock!!!

The Pizza Hut pan pizza is one of my favorite pizzas, and this store does it perfectly. It's always hot, perfectly cooked with the nice sweet sauce and the bread stick like crust.... The $9.99 (+2$ for pan pizza) deal is a a great price right now.
