Pasta dish was mush pasta way over cooked. Steak and cheese had next to No peppers and onions. Mentioned that my dish was terrible and was told that the 4 bites that I ate. Was to much to basically complain about.. . When tab came was told the best they could they could do was 50%off.. love the staff but dinner was below exceptable... very inconsistent been there for lunch and food was outstanding several times.... Have ordered the same dish for matter of fact... second time tying to convince my husband to eat there.. Never been so disappointed...

We stopped in for their Saturday Brunch today. Ordered a Bananas Foster French Toast. I'm not sure if I've died and this is Heaven or if I'm in a Food Coma - but this was absolutely amazing. Perfectly caramelized bananas with just the right sweetness and the most amazing fluffy, tasty French Toast I've had. Their breakfast sausage and bacon were perfectly cooked. Iced Tea is fresh brewed (my favorite) and full Bar for a Bloody Mary, Mimosa or Screwdriver. We've had dinner here several times and will definitely be back for Brunch again. Hidden Gem in downtown. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 for Service, Atmosphere and Food.
My hubby and I were looking for somewhere to have an easy, yummy dinner for my last night of vacation. We happened upon Porters Pub in Rochester, NH, from its Google reviews and it’s FB, it looked like the place to try. To our delight, we sat at the bar, met some nice people, had a great bartender, and very delicious food. Definitely try the broccoli fried bites with bacon app, you won’t be. We will definitely be back again for an easy night out, and we’ll bring our friends!!!!

Bar tender is excellent because she has been there with the previous owner. Makes great drinks and friendly. The 1 star is for the pompous owner, whom made himself known he is not just a manager, but the owner. He could not accept constructive criticism. We informed him that the pipe on the floor extended beyond the bar, and my friend banged his toes against it bad. No sympathy, no apology, but an arrogant answer that it is standing area and no one bumps into it. ( the staff whispered that people complained about it, and that he does not care). Then he made it a point that I complained about something else?! I informed the bartender that my chicken wings order only came with 2 flats after I was told 4 and 4. She quickly requested new flats for me. If being honest is complaining, then this owner needs to hire a manager since he has no clue how manage or deal with people. We would never go back. Words spread fast fyi owner.
