I've been in the restaurant industry forever. This place is a hidden gem! Disguised as a taproom and grill, this is the best fine dining I've had in awhile (minus the dress codeand stuffy ambience). We tried everything. The shrimp and pork belly fried rice, the dragon dumplings, the chicken wings, everything was ridiculous...the pizza was unreal and we just had cheese! The fish was amazing. Everything is quality. I could not believe this menu or our food. You must go!...
The butternut squash bisque was chicken stock. I don't know if they ran out of squash or if someone didn't stir the soup before ladeling it in. I was incredibly disappointed.
Revolution is my favorite restaurant in town. A few weeks ago, I ordered the steak (which was divine), but the steak was rare instead of medium rare. I asked the server if they could throw the steak back on for a couple minutes, and I was brought a whole new plate and offered a complimentary dessert. The food and service are top tier!
