We were coming into town, from out of state, to surprise a friend for her birthday. We were able to arrange to pick it up ourselves, which was easy and quick. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. This was the first time I've ever eaten a gluten-free cake, and I was more than impressed.

We ordered a custom cake: gf/df chocolate with coffee mocha frosting. It was incredible! I wouldn't have known it was gf/df; rich, moist, creamy frosting, good flavor. Two thumbs way up!

It is truly difficult to find someone who know how to bake gf (and sometimes df) treats where they taste delicious and are also moist! I have tried cookies, cupcakes and other treats from Specially Made Cakes and have been so impressed. They are beautifully decorated and the great flavors keep me going back for "just one more bite". I recently ordered cupcakes for my parent's anniversary and Ally was so great to work with. If you need gluten free / dairy free cakes or cupcakes I could not recommend Specially Made Cakes more!

I ordered a peppermint mocha cake for Christmas Eve -- it was delicious!! The peppermint Swiss buttercream was fabulous. You would never know it is gluten free from the taste of the cake! I have also enjoyed Ally's cupcakes of various flavors and all were terrific!
