Always a great place for CONSISTENT coffee. Other chains are hit or miss but SB is always fast, consistent, good solid coffee. You'll pay a little more but it's worth a little extra.

This place is awful and management obviously doesn’t care. No reason under the sun to be this slow. NONE. Customer volume doesn’t compare to majority of other locations who can function and run LAPS around this store, doing so with LESS BARISTAS.

I placed a mobile order that was to be ready at 3:39. When I got to the store the doors were locked a sign saying the inside was closed. There were 10-12 cars already in line. The phones were off so I couldn't reach anyone to cancel the order. I was stuck waiting in line for 30 minutes for a mobile order. You would think they would turn off the mobile order option if this was happening.

After waiting 20 extra minutes for my online order to be ready, I encountered a note on the door saying only drive-through was available. Sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes, didn’t move and decided to leave without my order.

Why are you accepting mobile orders as in store pickup when your only allowing pickups from drive thru!?? Shut online orders off instead of having pissed off people. Luckily I canceled my order and went to another

The employees here are always super nice! For as short handed as they always are, they handle the crowds very well and do an awesome job!
I hate seeing the negative reviews. Its unfair. I order here a lot, and sometimes things do get made wrong, but you know what, its just coffee, they will fix it, and your day will go on.

I do suggest, if you dont like long waits, dont go here on a major shopping day. It is out of the control of the employees. It is located right in the middle of a shopping center.
So be nice, or go somewhere else!!
Take out that phone you pay so much for and use it to entertain yourself while you wait.

But this place makes me the freshest most perfect drinks! No matter what we order!!! Always with a smile!

The Rochester location needs some serious help. Waited 20+ mins in line for drive thru, and noticed my order was wrong when I was driving away. Turned around and went inside, without even being acknowledged for several minutes. Instead of remaking my over priced drink, she just gives me a small cup of vanilla flavoring of some sort. This kind of customer service is not acceptable, and I will never return to this location again.

super slow management should really have more people working. poor baristas are up to their ears between app orders, drive through & walk ins. not the workers fault but management.

Waited over 20 minutes and had to leave because my break was over the Lady did say it would be a few extra minutes. They were busy but after 20 minutes, I should not still be waiting for a latte. I’ve worked for Starbucks in the past and I understand it gets busy, but nobody should be waiting that long.

I waited 15 minutes and spent $9 bucks for two regular coffees. I placed my order in the app in the hope of saving time. Yeah, right. The drive through was slammed and the inside was empty. People trickled in here and there placing their orders at the register and they all got their orders and left. After watching one of the baristas texting for the second time I asked about my order. She never apologized and moved slow as death making them. Never will I go back. Plus the coffee tasted old and watered down.

Very loud inside, and with more than 4 workers I had hoped to get my drink much faster than I did. There were no napkins. The drink was absolutely delicious 😋🤷🏼‍♂️

Paid 8 bucks for a drink with Carmel drizzle and suppose to put it around the cup and well the picture says it all this Starbucks constantly messing up orders and after waiting for so long you just want to leave and not complain these over paid baristas have one job and get paid very well and most are incompetent at this Starbucks it’s just not worth the money over priced drinks and for 8 bucks each and every drink should be absolutely perfect and it’s rare to get it all of Starbucks should have precise training and instruction for the amount of money they profit from these over priced drinks

the Pumpkin cream cheese muffin was amazing! and the guy with the blonde hair was so kind! i think his name was rozz. anyways, 5 stars! definitely would recommend.
