Everytime we go to this store they are out of a lot of drinks. 8 out of 10 times weve been here they are out of what we want. We live 2 miles from this location but we have to drive 15 miiles to another location that always have the drinks.

As someone who comes here almost daily, I’ve been nothing but frustrated with how I’ve been receiving my drinks. This is what my dragon drink looked like today, I asked for it to be shaken and it came back looking even worse. I went inside asking to speak to a manager because this has happen a lot recently and didn’t get very far just spoke with a team lead and her response is that it was natural separation yet by the time of me placing my order and getting to the window it was maybe 2 minutes. Spending almost $6 per drink here for it to be this quality is just upsetting.

I would simply stay that this is the most friendly crew at Starbucks that I have run into the service was prompt and quick and the staff here are so friendly they're like a little family the beverage was absolutely refreshing I had a macchiato with oat milk and caramel I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to anybody that might be looking for a refreshing drink for food that's also healthy!Dietary restrictions: You have dietary restrictions and request a certain service and tell them they will be doing their best and happy to serve you and give you any information on what they can give you due to your restrictionsParking: They are near a plaza also right near the plaza where they are there's plenty of parking there are two aisles and there's other places all around that are very close to this restaurant parking on both sides of the storeKid-friendliness: Again this place is like a family any child would be probably treated and more acknowledgedWheelchair accessibility: There's no restrictions for this they have a door that is ground level no stairs they have easy accessibility for any wheelchair to get through the restaurant

Service is definitely 0 qualityKids that work here are very rude, very unpleasant and unprofessional. Even a manager is rude. They are not capable of making a simple latte.. Every single time I have to ask them to remake my drink and they give me evil eye like it's my fault. You work at a coffee shop learn how to make drinks correctly or go home. This place needs complete new staff especially a new manager.I wish there was another Starbucks near.Avoid this place if you can. Go to a different Starbucks

Staff was nice but a half hour wait for a small coffee is far too long. Not sure if they lost my ticket because I had to ask for my drink after a frustratingly long wait, but either way, the staff should have been helping make orders instead of sweeping and chatting in the back.
