This was an absolute nightmare of a stop off the highway. I was trying to get some food during travel so we stopped at Subway. As soon as we went in the woman behind the counter was giving us dirty looks and making it clear she didn't want us there. Okay, maybe it's in my head. Before I begin to order she says that their oven is down and nothing can be toasted. Okay, not great but hey things happen. I asked if they had a microwave to heat up anything, again she said no. I asked if they had meatballs, she said they do but that the toaster was down so they would be cold. I didn't ask for clarification on that one. She said "You should go to the other location a town over, all of our regulars are going to the other location." Up to this point the situation is aggravating BUT I can't really blame this girl, or even Subway, obviously the situation is clearly frustrating and overwhelming and I don't fault her for that and I don't fault the company for machine errors. That all changes with how she handles the sandwiches. Short on time we went with three cold sandwiches...
The woman behind the counter goes on to put 3 slices of roast beef on the sandwich and tells me that's how much they put on.
She scoops the tuna onto the sandwich and does not flatten them at all.
She literally threw the veggies into the tuna, squished it all down and wrapped.
I still tipped because we live in this shit economy but the service was lower than dirt.

Very good, friendly staff and made a perfect sandwich. If the person knows how to make a sandwich, you can never go wrong.

I come here for lunch. Compared to other Subways the bread is always dry and crusty. Most other Subways at least have what seems to be fresh bread. That's my only issue otherwise staff is friendly. UPDATE: Well I'm back adding to my previous review. I noticed a few bugs on the glass that covers the meats and cheeses, figured they'd notice them or someone would mention it. I think it's safe to say they don't clean the top of the glass like ever otherwise they'd have seen the 4 or 5 dead bugs, it's been 4 weeks and I see the same bugs in the same position. I'm done, if they can't be bothered to clean I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes!

The 2 ladies that work during the day at this location are incredibly rude. They could not display they're hate for they're jobs and customers anymore. I will never return

Went in and bought a soda and they wouldn’t let me use the restroom. They said the only way I could use the restroom is if I bought a sandwich. On the road all the time and I eat here on an occasional basis, but will not be going there any longer
I decided to try Subway for the first time and was pointed there based on a TV commercial....6.99 for Foot Long sub...no exclusions..
I went into the location and had decided on my selection and then asked about the 6.99 deal and the woman said " we aren't doing that" and I pointed out that online said you are participating..She said " the commercial?" ..I said that's where I saw it..She very rudely said again.." we aren't doing that" and she gave me a hand gesture to dismiss me..
I left and went into my car to check the offer and it said they "were"
participating in the offer..
I went back in and asked for the Manager thinking that she was having a bad day and wanted her to know that l wasn't trying to hassle her and apologized if she felt that I was rude in my inquiry..
She said she was the Manager and said the same thing " we aren't doing that "and said you have to order online through the App..I said okay and sat at a table and decided to download the App...In the approximately 10 minutes I sat there to download the App and place an order, she was slamming any door (fridge or otherwise) , I decided this was not for me..
I left and my final thoughts was this person was extremely rude and offered no assistance to a senior member of the community ..
I wasn't going to post anything but after I viewed other reviews, I thought I should warn other seniors to stay clear of this location..
Unfortunately this experience has soured me on Subway..
I think I will find another, more Senior or "customer" friendly sub shop..

Staff is usually great. The store needs so TLC though.Their soda machine always has black flakes in the drinks. Does it for multiple different drinks so it's definitely the machine itself. Their parking lot is always always covered in trash/glass/etc.

Girl Toasted everyones sub in front of me but when it was my turn the oven was shut down, in the middle of the day. It works perfectly fine when ever there's someone else working but it's allways broken when she's working. Now I just turn around when she's behind the counter

Unsanitary noone should eat there!!! I walked out when I seen the conditions please don't eat there the people working don't care about the health of other people they just want a pay check
Asked for certain sandwich on Italian Herb and cheese. Was given my choice of sandwich on Italian. Not too happy. Was told they were out of ham etc.

Ordered a meatball sub. Got home and there was hardly any sauce and meatballs were scarce. They were also not accepting cash? Won't go there again!!

Had a Meatball Sub, which I normally absolutely LOVE them but this last time we went neither one of us cared all that much for it. The Meatballs were bland & didn't taste as good as they usually do. This was the 1st time we tried this location so not sure if that's why or not...

Online ordered from this location and was extremely disappointed in my order. They did not toast the sandwich and it was soggy and falling apart. When I went to pick up the girl did not even say hello and ignored me when I came inside. Not pleased and will not return to this location. The bar is so low it’s not that hard to make a sandwich that is acceptable to be eaten
When I walked in to the subway, there was two girls. I stood at the counter for about 2 to 3 minutes while one was stuck in the fridge and the other ones just walk back-and-forth garbage. In the meantime call from she forgot to tell me what kind you want her to ask the girls so rudely and tell me how I can come back to line when I’m finished on my phone, it took me two seconds to find out what kind of bread my mother wanted and it was not another soul. She proceeded to tell me when I asked her name because I was gonna report her that she wasn’t serving me, and would not give me her name, refused to tell me anything except for get out.If I could’ve given Given a number zero, on the rate I would have.The lack of customer service that I received, as well as how I was treated shows what kind of place that really is

Sidney was amazing, she got my order right, was extremely nice and friendly, all while another customer was being difficult and yelling for something subway couldn't control, my sandwich looked and tasted amazing, it all was very fresh and the footlong cookie was phenomenal, would def recommend this
