When I walked in to the subway, there was two girls. I stood at the counter for about 2 to 3 minutes while one was stuck in the fridge and the other ones just walk back-and-forth garbage. In the meantime call from she forgot to tell me what kind you want her to ask the girls so rudely and tell me how I can come back to line when I’m finished on my phone, it took me two seconds to find out what kind of bread my mother wanted and it was not another soul. She proceeded to tell me when I asked her name because I was gonna report her that she wasn’t serving me, and would not give me her name, refused to tell me anything except for get out.If I could’ve given Given a number zero, on the rate I would have.The lack of customer service that I received, as well as how I was treated shows what kind of place that really is

Sidney was amazing, she got my order right, was extremely nice and friendly, all while another customer was being difficult and yelling for something subway couldn't control, my sandwich looked and tasted amazing, it all was very fresh and the footlong cookie was phenomenal, would def recommend this

Went in, asked to use the restroom because the door was locked theShort girl, black hair, so incredibly rude he said I had to buy something and I said even though I’m going to pee my pants she says oh sounds like a personal problem . I would’ve bought something from you in the past, though I have found about five hairs in my food. I’m sorry your food is disgusting. will never refer anybody to this restaurant!I would’ve never turned anybody away to use the restroom.

Dirty knife and towel on floor. Very rude. She's the shorter with purple hair. Had to repeat order and she toasted one we did not want toasted. My mom had a sugar low so I bought the food. She was not allowed to use the bathroom until paid. They were upset they had to unlock it. Would not honor my subway card.Parking: Hard to get into parking with them being on the circle.

When I went it they were receiving delivery; I was patiently waiting, said hello few times and waiting for these girls to acknowledge there was a customer waiting. I probably waited for 10-15 mins than I didn’t knew how else to get their attention, as they didn’t had a bell or anything, so I gently knocked on the counter and one of the girl came out angrily and pissed she yelled at me for knocking on the counter, I apologized few times and tried to explain her I have been waiting for a while and I didn’t mean to knock however there was no bell, she was so angry throughout and probably gave me a stale bread! I thought subway was supposed to be fresh clearly these guys aren’t following the standards of subway! Never going there again especially after getting yelled at and getting stale bread !

This was the worst Subway experience I've ever had. They were out of numerous items and the manager (at least she said she was) was incredibly rude. I've just read other reviews that mentioned how rude she was as well. Apparently the owner of this location doesn't care at all. The place was dirty and the soda machine didn't work. Avoid this location at all costs.

We use this subway for sandwiches at least once a month. Very rare the place isn't busy when I get there and the staff is stressed. Maybe I'm lucky in that I get good service but that doesn't help when they run out of key ingredients like ham or lettuce. There have been times the one down town has sent big orders up to this location which you only hope you get there before the person with 20 subs does!

My Son and I typically have a great experience at this Subway, better than any other Subway Ive been to. We came in and a super friendly blonde girl served us. She had a great personality, appologized for moving too slowly which she was not, asked my Boy if he had tried the "new" Honey Mustard and let him sample it before she put it on his sub. She was incredibly friendly, talked about music, and a local music show coming up... She made "grabbing a bite to eat" a GREAT experience and she is not really obligated to do so!! These are the kind of people we need in the industry!! Thank you and we will be back!! Funny tattoo story!

Went here today and the girl working had the worst attitude. Also no bread choices, and the wheat one I got was rock hard. Rude and unpleasant staff and stale bread?? No thanks. Go to any other location but this one...management seriously needs to make some changes here.
