Today's associate was awfully rude. Disregarded my comments about the menu. Told her she doeant need to be rude. Her tone was uptight asking while smacking side of palm into her hand, demanding bread type and size. Silver cover was up so you couldn't see the meats and cheese. Cucumbers looked shriveled, lettuce was discolored. I didn't order everything that was needed because of the discomfort. No name tags or receipt since I wasn't even asked, she just tossed it out because she was more interested talking about an odor in back

I usually prefer this Subway over the other one in Rochester, however, the dude that made our sandwiches tonight clearly hated his life. Tall, heavy set dude with long hair and denim overalls. This guy like straight up ignored the questions my girlfriend was asking about the new sandwiches. I'm not sure if he just didn't know the answers or he just didn't feel like telling her or what. We sat down to eat at about 6:45, and the dude was like giving us a countdown. When we first sat down he said just to let you know we close in 15 minutes. And we were like yeah thank you. Then every 3 minutes until the clock struck 7:00 p.m. he was giving us updates about what time it is. We close in 10 minutes, we close in 7 minutes, we close in 5 minutes. And I think what made me write this review was him like bullying us out of the place at exactly 7:00. I've worked plenty of places and we've never bullied out paying customers. I had like three bites of my steak and cheese left but I just ended up throwing it in the trash because I was being hustled out. And I know he wasn't leaving right at 7:00 The place was trashed. we've eaten at plenty of restaurants that closed at will say 9:00 p.m. for example and we've been there until 9:10 and the wait staff wasn't trying to hustle us out the door at 9:00. But the standing over us at 7:00 saying it was time to leave was out of line. This dude needs to either find a new job that fits him better. Or maybe he just needs some more training because his customer service was very below average.

Was about to order but the young lady behind the counter was absolutely rude three sentences and subjects in a row. She needs to learn customer service skills. I feel bad for the franchisee, good help is hard to find.

I think the manager needs to be evaluated for mental health. She started yelling and throwing food and scared not only other workers but also myself and other customers after she overheard me tell my sandwich maker that the cheese was too burnt. She continued her rant as I left for pizza hut.

The “manager” working there today from other Rochester location is rude, disrespectful, and prejudice. I thought by coming to this location I could avoid the conflicts I have with this lady but unfortunately that was not the case.This is the FORTH time she has refused to make my sandwiches the way I asked (with extra mayo). I’m not sure why other customers are able to get extra mayo but when me or my family members ask for it, it’s a problem.

OK...this is a review because I was impressed with the staff...the food was good...fair price..I'd go there again..BUT, I am bothering to review Subway because I received exception service. Basic customer service is a thing of the past, so when I receive good service it stands out. When I enter the shop, Daryl, the sole employee, was busy working on a phone order. Still, he looked up and welcomed me. Sadly, this is rare...employee generally don't have the basic manner to even acknowledge you. He was carefully preparing the order and redid the wrap because it didn't meet his standards. It looked fine to me, but he wanted it perfect. He changed his gloves and washed his hands and was very conscientious with regard to sanitation...(At a different Subway, I have seen a worker hand out a bathroom key in the middle of making my sandwich - I left without a sandwich) He was friendly, capable, and professional. It can get so very tiring dealing with substandard service. So, when I get good service, I leave with a smile on my face.....and I write a review. Thanks Daryl.
Let them create a sub for you. give them a base and likes/dislikes...and let them go to town. i have found so many delicious combinations by letting the sandwhich artists work. i pick...it's good. just what i wanted. i let them pick...they turn me on to new flavor combinations that blow my mind.
