Well i thought long and hard about leaving this review, though the man on the phone was pleasant i will never eat at the laughing duck again. Placed my very first order from them and was told 40 minutes. An hr and half later my order arrives, its wrong, practically no fries and they are black! Wtf!! He proceeded to tell me when i call his menu states they put coleslaw on the burgers. Most definitely did not. tells me im wrong. well customer is always right first of all. Then

Let's start at the beginning. The inside is a cluster. There is just stuff everywhere in boxes, honestly it looks like things are still being put up. Not appealing. As a waitress, saying "let me check" THREE times during our first ten minutes shouldn't be a thing. You should know what sodas you have and what items you may be out of before you even open. Also, being the only group inside for forty minutes and not receiving our food after 40-60 minutes is just unacceptable. No one bothered to check in with us to explain what was taking so long or why. We could see parts of our order dying in the window for at least 15 minutes. I wanted to enjoy this place, I was very excited but after this service and deciding to walk out, I would not recommend this place to anyone currently and have no intentions of coming back. Not professional at all. Yes, after I said we would like to pay for our drinks and the one appetizer we did get and leave, who I assume is the manager, offered to box up our food that was magically finally done, but at that point it was too late. Thanks but no thanks. I hope this place gets it together because it could be good but right now, no.

Second time ordering from this location. Ordered Thanksgiving Eggrolls and Mac & Cheese with Kielbasa. - Eggrolls were bland, no seasoning/flavor aside from oil from being fried. Inhouse cranberry sauce provided for dipping - far too much nutmeg(?). - Mac & Cheese was also VERY bland. Multi-cheese blend with a water down flour like texture(gritty) and taste. Poorly seasoned. Pasta was cooked well, however. Best part of the order was the kielbasa, great flavor.

Went in for a quick lunch today. Their Buffalo poppers were delicious, and their extensive burger selection made it hard to choose. Hand cut fries were tasty and burgers were cooked as we ordered. I will be returning, especially considering they offer delivery to the surrounding area at a very fair price (free for Rochester)

This restaurant doesn’t seem ready to be open, and I hope it doesn’t close because of that. Terrible service, many menu items were out, kids meals didn’t come with anything that is advertised on the menu, they don’t have their liquor license, and if you’re using a card you have to tell the waitress what you’re tipping because they are using a square. I was excited to try this new place, but sadly we won’t be visiting again anytime soon.

Ordered lunch, tried the pork belly tacos as they sounded amazing. Super disappointed in portion size for what you pay. Flavor profile was good, but presentation definitely lacked. Tortilla was soggy and barely filled. Ended up needing to stop for a second lunch as this was barely a snack. Willing to try it out again once the restaurant establishes themselves a bit more, hopefully next time is better.

Relaxing on the rooftop deck. A menu that is amazing. Duck confit and fig basalmic ice cream?? I am super impressed with the menu and prices. Service so far is very good.

Ordered: Chicken Caesar salad, Mexican street corn, chicken alfredo, chocolate shake.Salad: Typical salad greens but they were fresh and pleasant to eat. The chicken was seasoned nicely and the strips were good quality. Dressing was smooth, thin but not in a bad way at least for me. Corn: Corn was ok, not terrible but not great. Looked good and all the stuff was there, I think the corn itself wasn't too fresh maybe? Alfredo: The Alfredo was really good. I felt like the pasta was cooked well and the dish had a delicious smoothness to it. Good flavor. Milkshake: I was pleasantly surprised as to how much I liked this milkshake. I am a lover of thick chocolate frappes and therefore get very skeptical when it comes to ordering milkshakes. Though it is not a thick drink it does have a well balanced milk-chocolate ratio. I would order again. I will return to try other menu items in the future. The only downfall for me was signage. It's hard to see or know where it is. Google maps of course helps but a restaurant sign would be good as well.Thank you!

I like the idea of the Thanksgiving egg roll but it could have been executed better. The three I had were very greasy, slightly burnt, and one had exploded. Ways to improve:1) use real turkey, even if it's the lunch meat type. The ground turkey and potato together gave it a bit feeling when eating it. 2) Pipe a line of smooth mashed potatos, lay turkey pieces on top, and then stuffing on top.3) when you go to wrap them, make sure you get all of the air out, this will prevent them from exploding.4) Cook at a higher temperature for less time. A higher temp will prevent the egg rolls from becoming saturated with grease. Everything inside is already cooked, so you just need to warm the inside and have the shell become golden brown.5) Dont go too skimpy with the filling. Potatoes and stuffing are cheap, stuff your egg rolls good with these and your customers will think your being generous while not driving up your costs.6) Cranberry sauce was awsome, definitely wanted more of that.

Got a Blue cheese burger, buffalo chicken poppers, and fried spaghetti and meatballs. Free fast delivery to Rochester. The burger and buff chix poppers were excellent. The poppers were huuuuuge. So good too. I would order them as a meal. The fried spaghetti and meatballs were underwhelming and didn't appear to have spaghetti? But overall great experience. Will definitely order from them again.

We went there probably a week or two ago and got takeout for the first time. Everything was absolutely amazing. We got Da Bomb steak and cheese, pulled pork sandwich, chili fries and the buffalo chicken poppers. everything was so delicious and we will definitely be going back again. We also can't wait to dine in when possible! Definitely recommend.
