This place has gone extremely downhill. Even with 3 or 4 people working, wait times are atrocious. Waiting for one smoothie, and spent a total of 12 minutes at the window, and the only reason it even was handed to us was due to starring thru the window to get anyone’s attention. And where was the smoothie? Sitting on the counter for roughly half of the time. Once getting the smoothie, I genuinely questioned why I spent the money. There’s no consistency in the taste and texture. I order the same exact thing every time and each time it’s completely different. And then if we talk about the customer service, yikes, so many of the employees are always annoyed and impatient with customers.

Sometimes it's good. Sometimes it's a waste of money. Smoothies are sometimes just ice water and crushed ice. I wish they were more consistent.

I've been here 2 times. Honestly I never write review but my God who put these kids in charge of this place! It's embarrassing!! I walk in with my daughter and four or five of them ignoring us starring at their phones cross talking and finally one kid takes initiative to not ask us but stare at us like we had leporcy!! I truly felt unwanted and as if we were a burden of being there. I can't exaggerate how BAD THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN FOR POST COVID TIMES. I will admit the food is good only because of the franchise recipes NOT BECAUSE ANYTHING THESE EMPLOYEES DID.

In a sea of Taco Bell and McDonalds, a healthier food option was desperately needed for us while passing through the area. Was concerned about the recent string of bad reviews, but happy to report the service and food were good and timely (dined inside, not drive thru).

Went in yesterday for our regular smoothies and they were disgusting. I came home and tried doctoring them up but in the end, we just ended up throwing them away. For the money it’s not worth it.

Expect very long waits and rudeness when going to this location. Whoever has been doing the hiring and training for customer-facing team members over the past 3-6 months probably needs to be replaced. All the team members I’ve interacted with over the past few months have been either totally silent besides asking for my order and telling me how much it was, or were short and snippy when I asked simple questions like which smoothie was which.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. Going to the Portsmouth location from now on where the workers are not trashy and don't verbally attack their customers. This lady told me "planet fitness is that way" while cupping her food baby. Honestly seemed like they just didn't get their fix or something.

I would put zero stars if I could. Their staff is extremely rude for no reason automatically as you walk it. They take forever since all they do is talk to each other even when it’s slow. Replace the staff 0/10 but smoothies are great.

Smoothie was good, was a little disgusted seeing one of the MANY younger employees vaping something while making our smoothies.. not sure how corporate would feel about that!

Had to wait almost 20 minutes for a single smoothie with only 2 cars ahead of me today. Twice in the last month I've had to go inside and ask someone to remake my Island Green because it taste like there are no fruits in it, only greens. Never have had a problem at the Portsmouth, NH location though.

If all you want is a smoothie, definitely do not go though the drive thru. There was only 3 cars ahead of us and it took us an HOUR to get a smoothie and we were trapped in the drive thru. They were also out of banana which is disappointing since they’re right across from a grocery store. Food shouldn’t be allowed to be ordered in the drive thru or it should be reevaluated and just close the drive thru because it is not convenient at all. Watched 10 people pull out of the back of the line in the drive thru in the time we were in there.
