The quality has gone way down. Not as good as it used to be.

Every time I order for my big family, something is always wrong. I wish there were more Wendy’s in Rochester with employees that actually care about their customers and their hard earned money they spend for a decent meal. Like I said every time it’s something. Today, 5 drinks 3 straws. Bacon on a sandwich for one that was suppose to be without. Good thing she isn’t allergic because I’d sue the crap out of Wendy’s. But these are the possibly horrific tragic mistakes they could be making. No sour cream on my baked potato’s. It’s really upsetting that EVERY time we are missing items or they don’t care enough to watch specialty orders. I ignored the last few times because I didn’t want them thinking I’m a habitual liar who wants free food, but also because when I was doing door dash and someone stole the order they were very rude about and did not compensate the customer. I think I’m done ordering here, I will order from the next town from now on. Shameful

Tortillas need to be heated otherwise the crack when you fold them. The solution to that is not half wrapping them so then they fall out in your customer's lap. When I play some mobile order for two sausage egg and cheese muffins and you only have croissants that's fine but you forget the egg? Every morning something's wrong with this place.

rude to doordashers. also they wouldn’t let someone purchase food then laughed at them for using the wrong card on accident. rudest staff to ever run wendy’s.
I wouldn’t even give one star but I had to give something. The manager doesn’t know how to do his job, I suggest he starts looking elsewhere. He thinks he can clown out loud to employees when a card is declined. “Guys don’t make the food, this guy can’t even afford a 10$ meal” Disgraceful!! Yes this was today 1/27/2025 and yes I will be calling corporate.

There was a guy loud & fooling around the whole time we were there. They are slow and disorganized with his noise and foolishness! French Fries sat on the tray before they started cooking our Chicken Sandwiches! We refused them and got hot fries. The fellow is balding & and needs to join a gym~" He thinks he's all that and a bag of Doritos!" I would fire him!

The woman serving me at the window was amazing! I paid with the app which was super annoying and confusing, the code wouldn’t go thru for some reason. What I’d assume was her manager came over to “help” and off the bat was rude to her for absolutely no reason. Just a tip, berating your employees/ coworkers isn’t cool! Just because you’re 70 years old and decrepit looking, doesn’t mean your attitude gets to match your appearance- ugly on the inside and out! Thank you to the lovely woman helping me, I’m sorry you got attitude from her, that was completely unnecessary. I wish I caught either of your names, but for reference my transaction was from 2/4 at around 2:25pm. Find a new job if you can’t simply be nice to those around you!

Just went through drive-through for a soda and I was gonna buy some of the frosty keychains for stocking stuffers first gentleman in the first window was clueless. He didn’t know how to ring up anything. He looked at me like he was so clueless. I felt so bad for him. I said can you please ask for some help it took me about 10 minutes to get him to talk to somebody to ask for help so I finally drove up to the second window where I would get my drink. A young lady answered the window, and I said I don’t think the gentleman of the purse window had any idea what he was doing so if you guys can, please help him out if I can pay for my order, she was extremely rude to me. I called up the store to see if I can talk to a manager, she answered and then swore at me and hung up the phone. I will be getting the district managers number and somebody has to be fired or something needs to be done. That is not how you treat your customers.

App ordered… fries were piping hot and delicious, however the Baconator was nothing impressive. It had two measly pieces of bacon on it, one piece folded on top and one folded in the middle of patties. I would think that a sandwich that claims to be the “Baconator” would be more impressive at least four whole bacon pieces! I really wouldn’t mind but not for nothing we pay extra for the supposed extra bacon.
The service was as always pleasant and courteous though.

Went inside and waited 10 min for a girl to tell us to use the kiosk, with multiple people behind the counter doing nothing. Instead I went through the drive thru and the woman was beyond rude taking the order, forgetting most of it. Don't waste your time.
