Waited in drive thru line got to first window waited and no one was there moved to second window and got told the person's doing both windows and was walking back to take our order after we had already been waiting at a black window for 4 minutes to then tell us to go back to the end of the line or come inside because she had no screen at second window. There was no information on first window saying to wait. There was nothing. We went in to there being 4 people working.

Was in line for about 25 minutes, yes I could have left but since I was already here. Wouldn’t come back to this location. Would rather drive an extra 15 munites up the road . The girl really didn’t seem to care we took so long

i was waiting for 25 minutes in the drive through then at 30 minutes they finally took my order and it was another 10 minutes for them to actually give me my order so if you’re in a hurry i would advise you to not come here !

This aroma is on my way to work so its my stop. However, I have been here multiple times and there wasnt anyone at the drive through window. Normally I dont mind waiting for a bit however I cant wait forever or I risk being late to work. Someone should man the drive through window at all times during peak times aka morning rush...

I love coffee ☕️. Period. But have to say if there is an Aroma Joe's around, I'm going there first. Near my home in Wells, ME snd near my house in Methuen, MA in the Salem, NH line. If you like coffee, they have every combination going, even though I like just pure coffee!

Reviews here say it will take long…if aroma joes doesn’t take them the extra 3 min to make my food perfect then I don’t want it.
These people work hard and idk if anyone sees that but my food and drinks here were chefs kiss. Keep grinding!

Seems more like an after school hangout that may get around to helping a customer eventually. Spent 10 min at the drive thru window ignored by the two employees. Left after seeing the girl have a drink, fix her hair and her clothes, put on lip gloss without ever acknowledging a waiting customer. Sorry for the owner that is losing customers due to the staff having other priorities.

This was once my go-to coffee shop with good coffee and service, but it has gone downhill fast. After experiencing the slowest service and at times getting the wrong coffee, I can't say I'll be coming back anytime soon.

Normally, I would happily rate any AJ with a 5 star review, but I’m pretty disappointed with my recent experience. There was a “free 24 oz Green Alien AJ Rush back-to-school” offer between 3-4pm for today. I got caught up late at work (I’m a teacher, so naturally I’m excited about free caffeine) and my GPS shows the closest location was Methuen. Nearly there, I realize this location is actually in a hospital which is inconvenient (my bad) so I decide to go to this Salem location instead. (I’m already driving 20 minutes out of the way at this point, so I’m wondering if it’s even worth it, but I’m determined). I get to the drive - thru around 4:05pm and mention that I know I’m a little late but ask if I can still get the deal. The woman working wasn’t rude but she just shrugs and says “yeah, I’m sorry, I wish I could but the system won’t let me scan your barcode since it’s after 4pm” To which I say “Okay I’m all set then” and drive away.
Needless to say, I don’t think I deserve special treatment and I understand this employee was just doing her job/following the rules of the offer but I was pretty upset after having driven out of the way and only being a few minutes late. I thought it would have been easy enough to make an exception/a little flexibility here (regardless of the computer system not accepting it) but I guess I was wrong and wishful thinking on my part.
I’ll be sticking with the AJ’s that’s 5 minutes from my house; they’re always so friendly and have the best service.
