Very rude old lady she doesn’t know how to talk to the customers and run the store it’s just a brand is so popular that’s still running else she doesn’t deserve to be serving customers. Lots of previous reviews about this old lady seems corporate doesn’t even care.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Auntie Anne's store in Salem, NH. On my recent visit, the mother (the old lady everyone referred in other reviews as well) working at the store was extremely rude. When I requested freshly made food, she refused and told me to take my complaint to corporate.
I was shocked by her response, especially since fresh food was available. It is disheartening to see a brand I have always associated with customer satisfaction fail to meet basic service expectations. Furthermore, it is concerning that she is setting a poor example for her daughter in handling customer service who was also working with her at store.

Recently visited Rockingham mall auntie Anne’s on the 1st floor and the saleswoman named Lisa was incredible! Such a wonderful experience she has amazing energy and customer service. We need more employees like her! I would like to hire her at my business. Your company is super lucky to have

Just asked the employees for a lid for my pretzel nuggets and the older woman that works there started arguing with me and saying it’s policy and that she can absolutely not give me a to go lid/bag. She was being extremely rude and disrespectful and they charged my friend for her food twice and barely apologized for it.

Ordered the pretzel nuggets. Got halfway through them and found a pubic hair in the cup. Disgusting. This happened at the Rockingham mall. Steer clear of this place, dirty and gross.
No salt on my salted pretzel. And they made us wait 45 minutes for something we saw in the window.
