Just asked the employees for a lid for my pretzel nuggets and the older woman that works there started arguing with me and saying it’s policy and that she can absolutely not give me a to go lid/bag. She was being extremely rude and disrespectful and they charged my friend for her food twice and barely apologized for it.

Ordered the pretzel nuggets. Got halfway through them and found a pubic hair in the cup. Disgusting. This happened at the Rockingham mall. Steer clear of this place, dirty and gross.

Women cashing out was extremely rude and made us tip her. I also asked for a small cinnamon pretzel but they only had ones in the large cups and she would not put one in a small cup for me.

Staff was too busy chatting to each other to pay attention to customers. Pretzels were overbaked and had a very strong after-taste of baking soda. We won't be going back to this one!

Best Pretzels in Salem. Cashiers were nice, service was quick, and pretzels were warm and buttery. 5 stars, do recommend.
