A small boring generic menu, overpriced, poor quality. Port fries are just crinkle fries with mayonnaise in a cup not sure why they'd have that on the menu.

Don’t get it. How are you supposed to compete with all the franchises around you with pathetic portions, mediocre quality, high rent, high labor cost, employee bad attitudes (big girl). Tried to eat “local” or small to give a chance. Won’t go again. These stores must be tax deductions.

Went in to get a lunch for myself and my grandfather and the staff was a 10+ on customer service given the situation. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious, very clean inside.

I feel like every time I come to this place they skimp on the meat or screw my order up. Place is going to go downhill quick.

Better than you would think. It comes across as an overpriced chain subshop - But the sandwiches are actually pretty good.I had the steak bomb and italian. The bomb is better - but the italian was enjoyable enough. Friendly staff. No complaints. Give em a shot.Parking: Free lot.

I usually get Bennetts 3 or 4 times a month. Spending from $60.00 to $100.00. This time I spent about $100 on my order. The 2 steak and cheese with double steak and double cheese that I ordered had zero cheese. They definitely didn't have double steak on either as well. I never had this issue since they have been open. I ordered grilled onions and peppers and they weren't grilled at all. Just thrown in there. I tried calling and no one answered.

I’ve been here a few times to give them an honest shot. The steak subs are alright, but ruined by the bread it’s served on which is cold and dry. Then on a separate day I tried an F Bomb and the chicken was rubbery. I threw it out and walked out of the store.

Ok, the good: quick, pretty cheap, service people were nice, bright, reasonably clean location. The bad- the rest of it. You know the difference between a wonder-type of white bread and a quality, local Italian or Scali? This is white bread folks. The whitest white bread. No form, no taste, too soft and gets nasty quickly based on the water from the veggies. Tomatoes were mealy and mushy. Me: "do you have hot peppers?" Them: "yes." Me "could I please get hots on my sandwich, too?" Them: "sure." Upon receiving my sandwich, i learned: They do NOT have hot peppers, they have pickled banana peppers. NOT THE SAME, FOLKS. not even close. Like if tomatoes were tomatillos. Not the quality I would expect anywhere, let alone the Tuscan Village area. I can't recommend the place. Sorry.
