Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Love coming here and absolutely love having Alli as our waitress. She is always smiling, laughing with us and very on top of our table. Whether that is refilling drinks, more bread and oil, etc. Shes amazing and makes it so we keep coming!

We had a confirmed reservation. When we arrived they told us they never received it due to their system being down but that they could prep a table and have us seated in 15-20 minutes. We waited and waited checking periodically to see if our table was fresh and were assured it would not be much longer. After waiting over an hour someone finally emerged holding a stack of menu. We looked at her hopefully and she said “no, definitely not you.” At that point we decided to seek other alternatives. Not easy for a large party on a Saturday night. An extremely frustrating experience made more frustrating by the casual indifference of the staff.

This restaurant should be removed from OpenTable. Our reservation was basically ignored as there was no staff to serve customers. The place was nearly empty and had a bad smell. Recommend they get a new manager or shut down.

We were seated fairly soon after we arrived and around our reservation time, even though there was a line. Our server was amazing! Jovial, quick, and everything served with a smile. We remarked how there were only a few servers, but she still did everything with a smile. The food came out quickly and according to how we ordered. Great experience at Bertucci's!!!

Went in tonight and was very pleased with the food and service. We had Nick as our waiter and he was on top of everything: rolls, drinks, food, everything was hot, quickly brought to our table, and delicious! The GM on tonight, Matt, even came and asked us how everything was, which I thought was nice. Any store would be lucky to have these two working there! Because of them, this experience was five-star.

Courtney (I think her name was Courtney and I really hope so because she deserves the credit) was AMAZING. All the staff were cheery but she actually talked like a real person who was interested in what we were doing and HOOKED US UP tonight - every step of the way. She gave suggestions that we’d actually like and helped out my weird family with deciding specifics and requests. Food was awesome and came out super fast. Couldn’t finish even half a serving and boxes plus a bag for excess rolls came out in half a second. Amazing waitress. Amazing food. Perfect for everyone.

Was sooo hot, we needed to suck up all the free air conditioning that we could..HUGE shout out to our AMAZING server Kathy!! We traveled from OOB at the height of traffic,with my husband tailgating all the way?‍??‍?..so beverages were needed ASAP!!??The Bud Light was served in icy cold, frosty mugs of deliciousness.Buptcha ordered a sm Pinot,(who does that)lol!! which she loved!! Kathy was lightning quick with those soft, fresh rolls and delicious dipping oil. I was like a rabid dog, snapping at anyone who dared touch them!! Kathy noticed and quickly brought more❤We ordered small Margarita pizza as an app..hit the spot..My mom had Italian salad w chicken..good presentation and loaded w lettuce, and just about right amount of chicken for her!!Ty again to Kathy for great service and terrific attitude!! She made us, and especially Buptcha feel like family!!

We enjoyed the complimentary bread rolls. Ordered the Bertucci sampler and shrimp Alfredo. Very filling, good atmosphere and tentative service. A must try.

Alli is an amazing waitress! Was very patient with us as we thought of our order. Was amazing with my daughter. Came over a lot to check on our needs. All in all would definitely come back all the time because of her.

Ally is the Best , me and my family try the bertuccis stores around the area and none compare to the great service we receive at the salem location with ally as a waiter!!!!! Good help is hard to find and you guys have found a keeper !

went to salem n h. location .Ordered chicken parm, the chicken wasn't cooked, it was completely raw. Gross, they asked if I wanted a new order,I told them I don't trust them. I ordered a small cheese pizza, which was really good, but not in a hurry to try there again. service was fine ,and management did not charge for the pizza. they treated me well, but still leary about going there again.

Thank you Sam the amazing waitress! We really wanted to try the pizza, and she let us in even though they were crazy busy. And gave the best smiliest service.Also great starter of bread and olive oil, Pizza is amazing, fun to sit in with a cold beer.

Had heard from several coworkers and friends that they were good so on a busy weeknight I put in a takeout order. Was not impressed. The lasagna was very dry and burnt on the bottom and the edges as well. The rolls were hard. The taste just wasn't that great. Doubt I'll be back.

Planned this meal for my family to have on Easter Sunday. Ordered a very large catering order, days before hand so there would be plenty of time. Day and time rolls around to feed my large group, restaurant would not answer calls, wouldn’t come outside to curbside, they completely ghosted me and my entire order. I will never ever come back. My dinner was ruined and I was completely embarrassed.
