Today I took the hydrogen tank for balloons and went back to BJ♻️ to handle it, but the inspector at the gate made things difficult for me. Sometimes they say they have never been recycled, and sometimes they say they were there before but not anymore. He also used the intercom to call a female manager. I asked her when she didn't handle it. She said she had never had one before♻️. I told them that the store clerk who had asked them about BJ before purchasing said it was for recycling. She asked very harshly, can you provide his name? OMG! When the male store manager came, the first thing he said was, don't yell at his store clerk, and asked me how I wanted to deal with it. I said this hydrogen tank is dangerous to a certain extent. You are responsible for any problems caused by throwing it in the trash can. He just said I would take care of it. Such a simple thing makes everyone unhappy. What a waste management team.

Disgusted with how my daughters massive first birthday cake came out. Looked like a 5-year-old wrote it and they only gave me 50% off and didn’t offer to replace it. Do NOT go for a cake you want customized. Chalked it up to inexperienced baking staff. Just bad all around

Huge shout out to Joe and Bill S. from BJs in Salem, NH who helped this crazy gal fit a 6 piece patio set into a Honda Odyssey. So incredibly helpful (and patient), great customer service. (I guess a shout out to Honda too for my Odyssey that actually fit the whole patio set, pillows and all.)

Hi....we purchased the Hull Fire Chat Set this Spring. Purchased in March, set up in May. Why is it that for an outdoor set, designed to reside in the elements, the cover that you provide isn't waterproof? We used it once in May, and that was it until this past weekend. When we took off the cover, and opened the lid, there was rusty rainwater inside the basin, and the glass/rocks are now stained. This should NOT be happening after only a few months, not for the money we spent on a set that we were generally happy with. I would appreciate a follow up here. I've included photos in the comments, since it won't let me add to the post.
