Caffe Artisan Espresso Bar & Coffee Co

Went in while walking around on a nice day night. Very busy, a lot of people but not overwhelming. I decide to come here instead of the market. Looks super cute and nicely decorated. The manager was counting money and told me to hang on. So I did, for longer than I anticipated. She seemed more into what she was doing and I felt like it was ok for me to stand there all day. Finally a girl came over and I ordered a latte. Wand is broken, can’t order anything hot. I asked for a regular coffee and that was doable. The girl was annoyed and probably should have just went home. Don’t seem to bother the manager who could have either closed the store or maybe put a SIGN up saying so so I don’t ask for 2 things before telling me you can do any of it. And could have just went to the market.

Attached to the beautiful hotel, it should do better.

Don’t get me started on the empty cream container lol she threw a Hood half and half on the counter for me. Typically I would have put it on the table where they all went but figured her angry butt can do it herself.
I won’t be back, which is sad cuz my regular hot coffee was very good.

The beverages were disgusting. We got the cappuccino and a chai latte. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The breakfast burrito was nasty and we couldn’t eat it. This place is beyond subpar.

Do not come here, latte was so bad ? tasted like coffee from a vending machine ?

We went this cafe on September 28,2024 at 7:00 P.M was horrible experienced,bad customer service. We had coffee and a cookie. The worst part was the girl who worked in the cafe was disrespectful,not smiling & rude. She asked us to leave 15mins before they closed she said so that she can clean the area and not even say thank you to us.
I wouldn't recommend this place!

Extremely bad coffee avoid if possible

Wildly overpriced. $7 for nitro cold brew and half of it is foam. Happened twice now.

Muffin was delicious but the espresso was horrible. Not burnt, but watered down and overpriced. Definitely go somewhere else if you want to taste your coffee and not just warm milk

Horrible experience. Took 40 minutes to get two hot drinks. Girl working the espresso bar shouldn’t., way too slow. Only plus side is the girl Taylor was super nice and apologetic

I thoroughly enjoyed my delicious sandwich, and the service was excellent. Although the prices were higher, it's understandable given the hotel setting. The ambiance was pleasant, with plenty of natural light, and I appreciated the quick service.

It’s a shame how nice this place is the hotel is great. The restaurant is 810. The coffee shop is a one because of the morning person that works there completely rude disrespectful doesn’t know hospitality. I can’t believe this. Hotel does not train him in hospitality and good morning we’re supposed to be welcoming in coffee shop Coffee shop in the morning and miserable f u c k

DO NOT COME HERE worst coffee I’ve ever had! Ordered a cinnamon bun warmed up it was HARD and DRY. It definitely was sitting there for DAYS. I’ve had better coffee at Holiday inns. You’re better off walking down the street to the Tuscan market and getting a coffee from there. The woman there was also rude. She asked how was it in a low angry tone and I was honest and said it bad like salt water and coffee. She just said oh maybe next time it’ll be better…. MAAM IM NOT COMING BACKAKchomps

Wheelchair accessibility: I will always go here for breakfast an the drinks at the bar by sierra who was my bar tender were amazing wow I wish I knew sooner about this cafe be there this sun coming up they put The H in Healthy Foods all organic my knew #1 spot to chill an eat an just have a good time
