Absolutely disgusting and inhumane costumer service by one of the managers . I was there last weekend after a long day of the beach and was visibly sunburned and ended up getting serve sun poisoning. After paying for my food I began to feel very light headed and dizzy and ended up going to the bathroom and having to lay on the bathroom floor with my friend to keep myself from passing out / throwing up . A manager than came in that we had never seen before and kicked us out not only of the bathroom but the entrie store offering us no reason even after I explained my circumstances and that I just wanted to get my food I already paid for and leave at that point . My friend then drove through the drive thru afterwards as an attempt to get our food we paid for and was told by the drive thru employee that the reason the manager kicked us out was because she thought we were smoking in the bathroom wich was simply untrue and an informed claim . He then reused to give us her name . This situation is appalling to me becasue i might have only have been suffering with sun posining for a breef period of time but their are plenty of individuals who have medical conditions that may cause them to feel lightheaded/ physically ill such as low iron , or endemetriosis and to be thrown on out of an establishment for having something that makes you feel physically ill horrendous. The manager failed at doing her job of clarifying a situation and making sure a costumer needs were met .

Chic-fil-A is always my top choice for take-out, but this location in particular has been my favorite. Very friendly staff that go above and beyond to make sure we have everything in the order, and that’s been for 4-5 visits now. Makes you wonder why you ever went anywhere else!

My wife and I stopped for lunch on the way to Boston. Your staff was EXCELLENT!!!! We don't have your restaurant in our home area in Vermont. So it is always a treat when we can come to a Chic-fil-A. But today was a nice surprise. Your staff at this location went above and beyond. Thank You. We appreciated it.

I had such an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A today.

Not only is the food always consistent and fresh, but the customer service truly stood out this time. Matt T went above and beyond in a way you don’t see every day. I was reloading my Chick-fil-A app and misheard the total, leaving me about 40 cents short. As I was getting ready to reload again, he insisted it was okay and kindly took $1 out of his own wallet to cover the rest.

That level of kindness, generosity, and genuine care is rare. It wasn’t just about the money—it was about how he made the situation feel easy and stress-free. Matt T represents exactly what great customer service should be.

Chick-fil-A already has a reputation for excellent service, but experiences like this are what make people loyal customers for life. Thank you, Matt, for your kindness—it truly made my day.

Food is bland, the most flavor was the overpriced soup(chicken noodle) I had was more flavorful than...Campbells soup condensed in a can. I got the jalapeño chicken club.... tiniest piece of bacon.... no jalapeños where on it(I wanted them on it). The fries where crisp but only oj the cusp of being so.... do not go here when there is a party. A million kids running around complete chaos. These days parents have no control of them. We partied but non of us as kids would try to take others food. My milkshake no means no!!!! The girl in front of me also seemed to know the girls she was cashing out and they where playing ang giggling. She told them to finally wait over at the end of the counter. But yet still was on/off communicating while taking my order.
