Second time messing up my drive through order, totally missed entire meal in bag. I go right back in and yes they gave me my food but made me feel like I was wrong or lying. Make sure to check your bag before driving away… prevent you from having to pull in parking lot and go into store. Really

Count your nuggets!!!I ordered 3 30 count nuggets yesterday, as I do about once a month, as we live an hour away and my kids are obsessed with Chick-fil-a so we freeze them. Well when I was portioning them out last night into individual bags to freeze, I was frustrated that I got short changed. The first “30” pack had 19 nuggets, the 2nd “30” pack had 24 nuggets and the 3rd “30” pack had 29. Now I’m not going to complain about being 1 nugget short, but 19?! In a 30 pack?!?! Total I was shorted = $12.21 - this is not ok!

The best fast food experience hands down. Chicken Sandwiches are amazing. Waffle fries always hot and perfectly salted. Some of the most friendly and courteous staff I have ever interacted with PERIOD! And the sauces, don't get me started on the sauces. I recommend ordering on the app to speed up pickup since the lines can be long due to the popularity of this place. It's just the best, that's all.
