I had a great experience at this Chili’s thanks to our server, Ruby. Even though I only stopped in for an appetizer and dessert, she was exceptional — very kind, attentive, and genuinely sincere.
I was having a rough day, and her positive attitude was a reminder that tough days happen, but there’s still so much positivity in the world. That meant more than she probably realizes.
Service like that sticks with you. I’ll definitely be back.
